RosterWatch Week 10 Waiver Wire: WRs
Byron Lambert, Rosterwatch.com

I should probably refer everyone to the Week 9 WR Waiver Report, since everybody we are recommending this week was already on there last week. Here’s the Week 10 rundown, all players are less than 50% owned across standard leagues.

Michael Crabtree is worth a sniff if you are a winning team with room on your bench. It’s hard to say how good he’ll be joining the team late season coming off of a major injury. Darrius Heyward-Bey showed just how hard he is going to be to trust. Still, if you’re desperate it’s not a bad idea to consider buying stock in Andrew Luck. Aaron Dobson is heading into a BYE, he should be owned in most formats. He is talented and his game is evolving in front of our eyes.

* See the link to Week 9 above, for more detailed information on most of the players listed below

Riley Cooper, Philadelphia Eagles – 14% owned
The Nick Foles connection is legitimate. He’d already had two solid games with Foles at the helm, prior to the Week 9 explosion. Last week, we told you he was averaging a steady 13 PPG in those games.

Doug Baldwin, Seattle Seahawks – 13% owned
He was a decent low-end flex play to begin with. His stock saw a spike last week with the Sidney Rice injury, and he paid owners off. His matchup at Atlanta is juicy this week. We think he still maintains value when Percy Harvin returns, which appears to be a couple of weeks away.

Jerricho Cotchery, Pittsburgh Steelers – 5% owned
He’s shown a 5 point floor most of the season, and now we’ve seen 9, 16, 28 point games mixed in with that. His matchup this week against Buffalo is about as good as you can ask for.

Mike Brown, Jacksonville Jaguars – 7% owned

Justin Blackmon is out for the season. In steps Mike Brown. There will be tons of garbage time opportunities in Jacksonville.

Eddie Royal, San Diego Chargers – 47% owned

It’s been an up and down season. There have been many more ups than anyone could have ever guessed. We will stick with our stance from last week- if you’re ever going to play Eddie Royal – it might as well be when the matchup odds tilt in your favor. It paid off last week. The Chargers get the Broncos at home this week. The Broncos are a top 10 matchup for fantasy wide receivers who have been trending easier over the last month.

Lance Moore and Kenny Stills, New Orleans Saints – 48% owned
Both Saints receivers deserve a look in this upcoming matchup against the Cowboys. Moore has quickly shown his veteran reliability in the two weeks since his return. He has double digit potential. Stills has shown more upside on the season, and nice chemistry with Drew Brees.

Marlon Brown, Baltimore Ravens – 11% owned

It’s been a solid season for the rookie. He’s had four good games, three duds, and one seven pointer. That’s pretty good for a waiver pickup. Cincinnati plays it tough against fantasy wide receivers, so keep that in mind for the Ravens matchup this week.

Kris Durham, Detroit Lions – 8% owned
He’s been a stead 5-9 point producer for weeks. Any receiver in a Matt Stafford offense has upside. This week, Chicago is provides a fairly difficult matchup for opposing fantasy receivers.

Tim Wright, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – 14% owned

Wright is a tight end with receiver eligibility in some formats. He’s a Mike Glennon favorite who’s had three double digit performances in the last four games. The Dolphins are tough matchup.

Rod Streater, Oakland Raiders – 10%
He’s pretty much been a four points guarantee with ten point upside. Keep an eye on Terrelle Pryor’s health. You won’t want to play Streater if anyone else is throwing the ball. Pryor sounds like he should be fine for this week, though.

Kendall Wright and Nate Washington, Tennessee Titans – 50% owned

If you need exactly seven points, Kendall Wright is your man. Washington is a longtime waiver wire favorite of ours. He’s more of a 4-5 point guy with 15 point upside.

Cole Beasley, Dallas Cowboys – 3% owned
In four of his last five contests Beasley has been a lock for five points, one of those games being a ten pointer. Coming off of nine targets in Week 9, he could be a sneaky play in what figures to be high scoring affair against the Saints this week.
