RosterWatch Week 2 Fantasy Football Match Up Tool
Alex Dunlap, Rosterwatch.com
This is a tool to help you begin to formulate your Fantasy Football lineup strategy for NFL Week 2.
Listed here are each game’s Over/Under and Team Defense Rank as calculated by total Rushing and Receiving Yards allowed.
We have provided both the 2010 regular season final standings and the 2011 Week one standings, as we will not have a solid baseline from which to project opponent production by 2011 standings alone until at least week 5 to allow for minimum variance.
Over/Under Totals are provided to give readers an idea of what Vegas believes the game’s collective scoring total will be. Obviously, high scoring games favor fantasy football owners of players on those teams.
BLUE indicates a good situation while RED indicates a bad situation.
Some teams (Like the Steelers) are low in 2011 standings after one week. In this situation, I have not given a RED or BLUE designation on the 2011 standing, as a situation like this represents an outlier given historical data.
Conversely, some teams (Like the Raiders) were ranked highly in 2010 in one of these categories, but have made major personnel changes since. (Nnamdi Asomghua is to the Eagles.) In these situations, no 2010 designation is given for historical consideration.
