Touchdown Dependency Tool Updated for Week 13

Byron BylineAn old standby of RosterWatch Nation are Touchdown Dependency metrics. Every season, we begin tracking these in Week 4, and the numbers are in for Week 13. Overly touchdown-dependent players offer unsustainable and unpredictable long-term production. These players are good candidates to sell-high on in our season long leagues or to expect possible TD-regression from. These are players to we can consider fading in our DFS lineups on efficiency sites.

  1. need a flex, between A Morris or J Doctson. help!

    1. Post By Kwillee@hotmail.com

As stated previously I usually go with the A starting rb over a wr.

  2. (1) Squad: WRs – Hopkins, Evans, AJGreen, JDocston, CDavis, CColeman ||| RBs – TColeman, Mixon, AP, ACollins

On twitter, you let me know that my squad was solid, but that you might think about trading AJ Green for an elite RB. Who’s a realistic RB trade target?

    (2) Not sure when the Trashman flex rankings come out, but if you had to start 1 WR & 1 Flex, what would you choose – TyFreak, Doctson, Lynch, Henry

I can’t decide on 2 between TyFreak, Doctson, and Lynch.

    1. I think you can pretty much get anyone with AJ Green as ammo. You have to shop around though, each owner values players very differently.

  3. Crazy to play V. Davis, Crowder, and Doctson tonight? My other flex option would be Cordarelle(standard league)

    Doctson or Lynch. Ppr

    1. Prob Doctson

    Standard league:

Cupp, Sanu, Josh Gordon. Or Juju?

Opponent has crowder and Perine going tonight so I’ll have a better idea if I need ceiling or floor after tonight.

    1. Just keep an eye on our rankings!

  6. We are a Nation! I need 2 RBs:

    Lynch, Mixon, Drake or DeMarco?

Also Engram or Hunter H. Henry at TE?

It’s Winning Time! Ball out this weekend everyone!

    1. Pick the best 2/3 from Lynch, Mixon, Drake – prob Lynch and Mixon

Prob Engram. Tough call, all solid options.

Standard Scoring. Josh Doctson or Doug Baldwin in my flex?

    1. Would prob roll my stud Baldwin in what hopefully turns into a shootout.

Thanks Byron. I take it I should definitely start bears D over Philly? lol

  8. 1pt ppr & extra points for 40yd catches & TDs. Need 2 Kupp Dez Diggs or Josh Gordon

On the fence with these in a standard league

    ASJ or V Davis?
    Flex McCaffery or Doctson?

    Thanks

  10. 8-4 1st place I want to pick up KDrake (free agent) and play in flex
Who do I drop? Greg Olsen?
    Here’s my team: PPR Play 1QB 3WR 2RB 1Flex
    Rivers and Goff
CMcCaffrey, SPerine, Tev Coleman, DFreeman,, EElliott
    THill, SDiggs, CoreyColeman, GTate, JuJuSmith-Schuster
    TE: Greg Olsen, A.Sefarian-Jenkins

    1. Yea or one of your Qbs. No need to roster two TE or QB at this point of the season.

  11. What happened to the rankings, early in the season it should standard & ppr ? Unless I’m missing something there hasn’t been a way to look at the difference. Just overall rankings. So if it’s just one which is it ppr or standard ? Thanks

    1. They switched them to .5 ppr. Apparently people were confused by the old way??

  12. Ppr neeed 1
    D. Westbrook
    S. Shepherd
    C. Coleman
    M. Bryant

    1. Coleman if Freeman is still out otherwise I would go Westbrook.

Keenum, Tyrod, Smith, Mariota. Who is highest upside and who is safest?

    1. The safest is Tyrod with Keenum being super close behind him. I think Keenum has the highest ceiling, that game could turn into a shoot out. Mariota also has a high ceiling but a super low floor.

  14. RB Question — I need to start 3 RBs of these 6 — M Gordon, K Hunt, D Freeman, T Coleman, L Murray and A Collins. My thinking was to go with Hunt and Gordon, but i am not sure about the 3rd — Freeman will share with Coleman and they both have a tough match up. Which leaves me with either Murray or Collins; both have good match-ups. Since MInn has the better offense I am leaning toward starting Murray as 3rd RB. What do you think?

    1. Go with Gordon and Hunt for sure. If Freeman is still out then roll Coleman otherwise go with Collins. The lions always give up points to RBs

      1. The latest news seems to be that Freeman will be back with a full workload. If this is the case, are you saying to go with Collins? thanks

1ppr hunt or mixon? Also seals-jones or asj?

    1. I know the rankings say Mixon but I am having a hard time putting Mixon in the lineup for Hunt myself. ASJ all the way at TE.

  16. RW,

    E. Sanders was dropped and is on the wire. I’d have to drop Corey Davis to grab him. Currently between Davis and Duke for my flex. Should I grab Sanders for Davis and use him ROS and would you start either over Duke in the flex? Or should I just hold tight. My starting RB are Freeman and McKinnon and WR are Evans, Dez, Hill, Crowder, and the Anaconda. PPR.

    Thank you!

    KC

  17. PPR
    RB 2 & Flex
    T Coleman, DeMarco Murray
    Kupp, Inmam, Dmyerius Thomas
    Thanks

Rankings say Mariota>Tyrod. Last regular season game must win. I will stress about this all the way to kickoff. Tyrod is safer and Mariota has burned me all year.

Normally I avoid Belichick. What do you guys think?

5-7 Probably wont make the playoffs but would love to be the reason someone else wont make it

We start 2 RB, 2WR & 2 Flex. I already started Perine and was going to start Hunt in the other spot. I have Sanu and D. Jax in at WR. I need 2 flex spots.

    D. Thomas, Shepard, M. Jones, C. Coleman, D. Murray, Drake, Burkhead

Rank these TEs for this week Roudolph, Seals-Jones, Walker, Thomas, Cook, Kroft
