Version 2.4 of the RosterWatch Cheat Sheet NOW LIVE

rosterwatch_logo2014
RosterWatch Nation, the time has come to dominate your fantasy drafts once again. The original three-step cheat sheet (version 2.4) is now available for download. Most of you have used the Cheat Sheet in previous seasons, and if so, you know it’s the simplest and most easy-to-use fantasy football draft tool on the market.

Users of the Cheat Sheet in 2014 were, by design, instructed to select season-changing options at extreme value in players such as Mike Evans, Odell Beckham, Kelvin Benjamin and Jeremy Hill. It’s an unbelievably successful tool that we put months of effort into creating annually.

The Cheat Sheet is a sheet of paper you print out, then mark off names as players go off the board. If you follow the three simple rules (even a toddler would have no problem understanding them), you are, as always, GUARANTEED and expert-quality draft.

Just don’t break the rules.

We’d wish you good luck but you don’t need it.

***The cheat sheet will be updated at least weekly through the NFL preseason. RosterWatch PRO users will have access to all cheat sheet updates, so check to make sure you are using the most recently updated version before utilizing the tool in real drafts.

  1. Guys – in a 12 team ppr auction league ($200 cap) where owners can keep 6 (2 at every position) and most teams keep max. All the studs are off the boards. I’m coming in picking up a team with very little on it. They have options to keep Jolique Bell ($12), Alfred Blue ($16), and Travis Kelce ($8)…that’s it.

Two questions – are any of those guys even worth rostering or throw them back and start fresh?
And – If I look at this as rebuilding with rookies and under valued players – who do you recommend as targets?

    Thanks!

    1. not sure about the other two guys (marginal RBs and/or placeholders) but definitely pick up Kelce. Unless you have a shot to acquire gronk or graham, you’re not going to find a better TE than Kelce.

    2. Well it depends. take a look at the cheat sheet and if all the guys up to bell or blue are taken than they’re probably worth hanging onto. Kelce is for sure. we like a lot of rookies this season. you should check out our rookie spotlights in the draft guide. cooper, agholor, perriman, gurley, gordon, and abdullah for sure.

  2. Followed the cheat sheet to the letter until I ran out of bench spots. How did I do (in round order)?

    Bell
    Julio
    Forsett
    Hopkins
    A. Johnson
    Marshall
    DJax
    Smith Sr.
    Roddy
    D. Freeman
    Rivers
    Rudolph
    Ravens
    Prater

    1. @icepick16, sorry for joining your post, but I am seeing similar results which makes me think you are drafting from an early pick position. Using mock drafts and drafting from the first position (Redraft, 1 PPR, 1/2/2/1/ Flex-RB/WR)), I am getting the same type of results (1st 5 – Bell, Cobb, Forsett, A. Johnson & Tate). My issue begins with the 6/7 & 8/9 turns. As the mocks play out (using ADP), cheat sheet suggests a bunch of WRs that I am not crazy about including D. Adams (ok w/ him), S. Smith, Roddy, Garcon and Wallace. The next RB is Freeman. It looks like @icepick is looking at similar options. At this point, I would be more inclined to break from the sheet and take R. Jennings over Freeman and Adams in the 7th. However, this defeats the intel of the cheat sheet. Can you please offer some advice on how to navigate the 6/7 turn? At the 8/9 turn, there are even more WRs that don’t wow me. At the risk of going against the cheat sheet, does it make sense to look to draft Fitzgerald & Manning here over the likes of previously mentioned WRs along with Funchess, Boldin, Stevie Johnson & Royal?

      1. jd, we like those guys where they are. adams is going to have a major year, and smith, white and garcon are all high volume wrs. wallace has high upside and is arguably the best wr in a good minn offense. jennings’ role is iffy at this point with williams getting more and more 1st team reps, and vereen is going to be the passing back. those wrs may not wow you, but they’re consistent and they’re going to rack up targets which is integral for ppr. we’ll move funchess up for sure, as his intended increase in usage dictates. the cs fashioned with relative adps in mind too. manning is where he is because you can usually get those other players you’re talking about a little later, outside of maybe funchess who is rising. manning is at the spot we believe is the latest juncture at which you can safely draft him. for the 6/7 turn, i’m personally drafting players who are going to be volume and or upside players.

    2. This is a great draft ip! we feel like freeman offers great value in the later rounds. i think he should fill in for bell nicely early in the season. he may lose some carries to coleman eventually, but by that time bell should be back. your wr corps is beyond reproach, as your first 6 wrs are the 1a options on all of their teams. I think roddy is underrated. he’s a +1,000 yd wr even at his age. I’ve loved rudolph for years, but this is the first time i really think he has a chance of being a consistent player in that minn. offense.

  3. I’m in a 12 team standard league with 2 keepers. All touchdowns are worth 6. The only two players that I have that might be worthy of “keeper” status are Jimmy Graham and Mike Evans. I know Evans is moving up in the rankings. Would you recommend keeping Evans and/or Graham or would you ditch them both, go for best available, and then maybe pick one of them up in Round 3?

  4. For an average FF player, I love the concept of the draft cheat sheet. I jut purchased it and have been trying to use it in mock drafts. To use the tracking sheet in drafts, you basically have to print it off each time. Is there any way that the cheat sheet can be made available in Excel? It would make it a heck of a lot easier to track/remove who has been taken as the draft progresses and is much easier to refresh for another mock. Otherwise, my first impression is kudos!

    1. We can share a custom google doc with you if you’ve purchased the product jd.

      1. Yes, I purchased the product. When you have a chance, please share the google doc? Thanks. Also, thanks for answering prior question about 6/7 turn.

  5. Hi guys,
I just did a draft and followed the sheet almost to the letter except where I was supposed to take Brandon Marshall I went with amari cooper.i drafted in the 8th position. Let me know what you think. I’m very happy with the team.
    Eli manning Reserves
    Mark Ingram. Cutler
    Joseph randle. Ryan Matthews
    Antonio brown. Amari cooper
    Julio jones. Bishop sankey
    Jonathan Stewart John brown
    Kyle Rudolph
    Jets
    Cody Parker

    1. Nice draft Trainer, the brown/jones combo is going to be deadly. Looks like Sankey is pulling away with the job in Tenn, so that just adds even more depth to an already stout running corps. Manning could have a career year with all of his wrs back too.

  6. Hey guys, 12 team ppr, start 1/2/3/1, get to keep two guys with no round designation. I also have 3 picks in the 4th round(second after keepers). I can keep 2 of Demaryius, AJ Green or Jeremy Hill. Doing mock drafts I love the teams I get when I keep Hill and Thomas, but at 7th pick in the 3rd I usually stare Brandin Cooks in the face every time. Sometimes Forsett drops. Should i keep the two WRs and go heavy with Cooks as my 3. I can usually snag 3 of Gore, Ingram, Miller, Murray, and Ivory in round 4 with this set up. Or do I go Hill and Thomas, with Cooks as my 2? Any other draft strategies based on my predicament would help immensely. Thanks

  7. Still doing tons of mock drafts using the RWCS, different sites for the mock drafts and drafting from different positions. Been doing mocks from the 9th spot of 10 and can get to the 10th round with only 1 RB which makes me extremely nervous. I am a learn by watching others type of guy. Does RW have examples of drafts from different spots using the RWCS that would offer insight into how to use the cheat sheet and when to possibly go away from it? I think that would be extremely helpful…at least for me.

    1. Are there ties at any points during your drafts between rbs and wrs in which you could choose one or the other, or is it just giving you wrs over rbs that whole time? also, are you using the standard or the ppr?

  8. Thanks Dorian,
I’m a little surprised RB’s turned out that way as I took Antonio and Julio in first and second rd. I have anothe draft tonight this time from slot 6 of 12. I’ll let you know how it turns out.

    WR A Jeffrey
    RB J Hill
    RB L Murray
    Flex A Cooper

Bench Doug Martin, Arian Foster, Alfred Blue, Nelson Agholor, Steve Smith Sr.

It’s only a 10 team league but im loving it. You guys rock!

    1. Looks like a winner Snoe! Thanks for the love!
