Trashman’s Week 7 Garbage Grab

Trashman’s Garbage Grab: Week 7

Hopefully you were already able to capitalize in the wake of this week’s injuries and trades, but if you weren’t so lucky, we still got you with this week’s grab…

Running Back

Caleb Huntley, Falcons

Only 59 yards last week, but Huntley did lead the Falcons backfield in touches. If you’d thrown in a TD, he would’ve been right on par with where he was in Week 4. Double digit touches and hope for a score makes Huntley a deep league flex.

Chuba Hubbard, Panthers

D’Onta Foreman has gotten a lot of juice from Christian McCaffrey leaving for the 49ers, but Hubbard deserves some gas too – He actually resembles CMC more as a player and should be involved on passing downs. The TD upside isn’t there like it is with Foreman, but Hubbard is a cheap source of targets and touches worth adding to your roster while we see what shakes out.

Wide Receiver

Wan’Dale Robinson, Giants

Robinson found his way into the endzone his first game back in action in Week 6. He only had 37 yards, but the Giants were held to only 173 yards passing on the day. Every bit as athletic as Kadarius Toney, but less problematic on and off the field, Robinson is a welcome addition to any roster and makes for a high upside flex this week against the Jags.

Tyquan Thornton, Patriots

Thornton scored a rushing and a receiving TD in Week 6, adding a much needed spark to the Pats’ offense. The fastest receiver at this year’s Combine, Thornton has upside written all over him, even in a tough matchup with the Bears this week.

Parris Campbell, Colts

Matt Ryan finally remembered that Campbell played on his team in Week 6, targeting Campbell 11 times for a 7/57/1 line – season highs across the board. Hopefully this pace keeps up in Week 7, as the Colts face the Titans, our 2nd best matchup for opposing WRs.

Tight End

Daniel Bellinger, Giants

Bellinger led the Giants in targets, receptions and receiving yards in Week 6, and this week he faces the Jags, our 11th best matchup for opposing TEs this season. Fire him up.

Quarterback

Davis Mills, Texans

Mills gets the best matchup for opposing QBs in the league this week in the Raiders, so if there’s a week to stream him, it’s this one.

      Team1: ETN is your man

Team 2: We liek Wandales shot for an expanded role, if you are not feeling that one Thorton is a boom bust upside play

Mostert, IP, and Pickens (who seemed to be the preferred option for Kenny P.)

  4. I’m taking a flyer on Isaiah Pacheco. Placing a one-dollar waiver bid for him and dropping Melvin Gordon. I won’t play him this weekend but maybe he’ll become a thing ?

    Go Ducks!

Keep in mind this could be a one week promotion. IP is a nice pass blocker, and Bosa being healthy for SF, could have sparked this promotion

      1. Alan, You’re 3 levels ahead of me!

        Good luck today.

    2. He’s starting today!

      1. Trashman, I’ve said this before but it bears repeating. You truly have the best prose of anyone on the fantasy websites. I appreciate it. Good luck today.

        1. So much for that idea 🙁
