Trashman’s Best Best-Ball Values (Week of July 3rd)
Best BestBall Values
Best ball tourneys are well underway. They’re rife for exploiting players’ current fantasy values, before the regular season outlooks get completely dialed in. These are my best values to be had in best ball for the week of July 3rd.
Rounds 1-5
Keenan Allen, WR Chargers – 46.0 ADP
Allen missed 7 games last season, but his 8.4 yards per target was his best mark since 2018 – He also averaged over 75 yards per game. He was also PFF’s 12th highest graded WR out of ones targeted 60+ times last year. Allen still has juice, and as long as he’s healthy, he’ll perform at a premier level. While folks take early speculative shots on the likes of DJ Moore, ease your mind by taking the tried and true Allen.
Rounds 6-10
Daniel Jones, QB Giants – 105.0 ADP
Jones isn’t a sexy pick by any means, but he did end up QB10 in PPG last year, his first with HC Brian Daboll. And now that the Giants receiving corps isn’t cobbled together with duct tape and paper clips, due to the additions of Parris Campbell, Darren Waller and rookie Jalin Hyatt, Jones should be even sharper in his 2nd year in OC Mike Kafka’s offense.
Rounds 11-15
Juwan Johnson, TE Saints – 159.1 ADP
Johnson’s new QB Derek Carr loves himself a TE to dump it off to, and the opportunities for Johnson to thrive are promising based off of our TE Strength of Schedule tool. The Saints have the 6th best schedule for TEs in the league, and the going gets best in Week 12, right in time for the playoff push. From Weeks 7 through 17 in 2022, Johnson was the TE7 in .5 PPR formats, and his lot has improved considerably. He’s a late-round add that can only surpass his current ADP.

Dynasty trade: which side of Rashad White TB and Johan Dotson WAS for Derrick Henry TEN and Brandin Cooks DAL? Middle of the pack as far as standings I would be giving up White/Dotson.
In Dynasty, the White/Dotson side is going to give you much more value and upside over the next 3 years ā Dotson is a prime candidate to be a year 2 breakout in Washington despite middling expectations for the team. The only reason I would make this move is if Dotson was my WR5 or lower, and White was the 3rd best running back on my team ā in that world, you are in win NOW, and going all in on Henry would suffice, but even then Iād like to get a couple of future draft picks with Henry/Cooks (a 2nd or two 3rds type of deal)
