HOW DOES THE SHEET WORK?

THE GOAL of the sheet is to reduce the number of players for the weekly slate to players expected to generate Positive Surplus Value (fantasy points over salary expected points). The player pool is narrowed down to players who meet a minimum number of trends.

THE TRENDS are a series of pass/fail threshold tests of position-specific stats predictors. Through the use of predictive models, we have analyzed every predictive metric we could for each position related to Vegas Indicators, Unit Matchups, Individual Matchups, Historical Performance, Game Script, Weather, and so much more.

    Oh boy, Pittman just ruled out after being cleared yesterday. Huge blow. Totally changes my game plan. Plus I have Lawrence who reportedly cleared but who knows.

    Not crazy at all about Howell vs NYJ. I also have Garrett Wilson who I already have starting. He’ll be catching passes (maybe) from Siemian. God help me.

    This Pittman news really f’ed me up too since I benched Higgins for him … now gotta roll with Garret Wilson at WR2 but anyway Pittman being ruled out has me reconsidering Alex’s advice to roll Minshew @ATL in my other league Semi-final?!

    Man I got hammered on Thursday – down by 81 going into today in the Semifinals.

    I need an RB2 from this junkpile (PPR). Do I roll Chris Rodriguez, Kareem Hunt or wait to see if Zamir White starts (Kenneth Gainwell would be the only Monday guy I could get if Jacobs is active). Thanks for any advice! We need to stay #1!
