RosterWatch Week 2 Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet Now Available

Building a championship-caliber fantasy roster requires basic weekly waiver-wire management. We’ve created the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet so that in a just a few minutes a week, our users can make the same expert waiver maneuvers we personally make in our own leagues, throughout the season.

Whether you play in a standard waiver-claim format, or in a free-agent bidding system – we’ve got you covered. Read the chart top to bottom, and use it like the Draft Cheat Sheet. It’s not mandatory to go after the very top pick up every single week – use some basic discretion. Insane value can be cultivated through the bottom of the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet over the course of the season.

All players listed on the WWCS are currently on the waiver wire in at least 50% of fantasy leagues across all major formats.

*Our advice is to recycle an average of 1-2 players per week from the bottom of your roster into hot waiver-wire pickups for the current week. This can be accomplished via waivers, or on the cheap as free-agent pickups post-waiver period .

  1. Trade Nico Collins for Omarion Hampton? Have Ceedee, Jameson Williams, Keon Coleman, Josh Downs

    1. Post By Cody Carpentier

How do your RBs look? I don’t love your depth if this is a start 2/3 WR situation

      1. I don’t care his RB depth he can’t make that trade in Week 2.

  2. Sunday Funday 12 Team PPR
    QB Drake Maye
    RB James Cook
    RB Breece Hall
    RB David Montgomery
    RB Travis Etienne
    RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt

Send Travis Etienne Receive Jaydon Daniels? Pull the trigger?

    1. Post By Cody Carpentier

Rather keep my stacked RB room (Cook, Hall, ETN, JCM) and move off of Montgomery for something else

Would said owner do Monty/Maye for Daniels or is he two deep at QB? I think you are fine with Maye + FA’s, as long as most teams only carry 1 QB

  3. Tried the Monty deal already. Was a no go

  4. Most carry a backup QB in this dumb league.

  5. D Sampson looked really good Sunday, but R White didn’t look bad in his limited action either. I have White but can bid on Sampson to replace him. How aggressive do I go with the FAAB? Cleveland backfield isn’t pristine and R White is valuable if Irving has any issues…

    1. I could go up to 20% for Judkins, but I’m probably biased. Ford looks gassed and Sampson isn’t built to shoulder the load like Judkins is.

  6. Good evening. Guessing Tuten is over 50% owned but was wondering where he would fall if he’s available?

    Thanks.

  7. He is. I’d put him between Harris and Allgeier.

  8. I have Mark Andrews as my TE. I have the #3 waiver wire priority, and thinking of picking up Johnson from the Saints. Would you you recommend me picking up Johnson?

    1. I would keep Andrew’s and that Johnson TE by dropping Woody marks.

  9. Full PPR –
WR – Worthy, Flowers, J-Mo, Tyreek, Reed
RB – Barkley, Henderson, Bill, Judkins, Blue
    TE – LaPorta
    QB – Daniels, McCarthy

With Worthy a big question mark, Reed going to be questionable all season with the Lisfranc, Tyreek in putrid Miami, J-Mo and Flowers being boom or bust guys, does it make sense to drop Blue for someone else on the wire cheat sheet like QJ or Elic? Potentially double taping the TE position with Juwan or Fenton Jr.? Or would it be best to hold the course, not over react as Blue still seems like a great longer play than dusty Javonte or Sanders. I don’t want to overreact, but also see the value in jumping on week 1 and or 2 of the wire.
    Thanks RW Nation

  10. Would you drop McCarthy for Herbert? Full PPR

  11. Would you drop Njoku for Fannin?

  12. how do you use the waiver wire cheat sheet for dynasty?

also I’m surprised Malik Washington is so low

  13. FULL PPR: QB 6pt TD, and 1 pt completions How do you guys feel about the following trade.
My Aaron Jones and Egbuka for AJ Brown and Herbert.
My current QB is C Williams and I don’t feel comfortable with him for the ROS.
My other options would be to attack the wire with the following QB;s available. Fields, Love, JJ and Geno, please rank them in the order you would prefer. Here is my roster. Bucky, ETN, Pacheco, Charb, Harvey, Lamb, Nabers, Ladd, Downs, Tyler Warren. I really just want Herbert but I figured he may be down on AJ, so why not kill 2 birds with one stone.
    Smash or hold?
    Thanks RW

  14. Need to bolster my RBs, I think. 10-team .5 ppr. Fancy this offer?

    Send TreVeyon and Egbuka
    Get Irving

RBs Gibbs, Monty, Kaleb and Ollie and Judkins
WRs London, JSN, Tet, Golden, Coleman and Godwin

Don’t love letting Egbuka loose, but it’s a big upgrade at RB

  15. Which 3 WR would you start. – mclauren , t McMillan, q johnston, or Jamison williams
    Thanks

    1. Post By Cody Carpentier

      QJ, McMillan and McLaurin

  16. Ok so dumped Mr Stoud for Pentix on waivers today. Shouldn’t have started him.
I also have McCarthy. (Bad draft)
    Ppr
Purdy and Lawrence have been dropped and available.
Should either be swapped for a better long term solution?

    1. Post By Cody Carpentier

Purdy is probably out this weekend.

I like Lawrence, but not more than Penix or JJ

  17. Feeling like I need some youth in my running back room in my dynasty league (12 team super flex/full point PPR). Been in the championship game the last 3 years with the current RB’s below but feel as if my time has run out. My WR room is aging as well but feel I have some decent youth at that position so not to worried (listed below).

RB’s- Cook, Kamara, Stevenson, R. Johnson, and Ray Davis
    WR’s-T. Hill, M. Evans, T. McMillan, R. Odunze, R. Rice, B. Aiyuk, K. Boutte

I am looking to trade either Hill or Evans or both. Was wondering who I should realistically target? Am I in the Chubba Hubbard/ James Connor realm? Or who may be a realistic target RB for those guys? I am not ready to blow up the team as I have both Hurts and Mahomes as my QB’s and Bowers as my TE so feel like a change at RB keeps me on top of the league.

    1. Post By Cody Carpentier

Hill you can realistically trade away for a Pearsall, but it will take a 2nd rounder with Hill.

Keon Coleman for Hill, AJB for Hill have been done in the last two days.

On the Mike Evans front, it’d take a 1st with Pearsall.

Jakobi Meyers is a straight up target, (Hollywood, Skat and a 2nd), Rashee Rice might be a stretch

      —-

Together Hill & Evans I’d love to see you get a ’27 1st and Pearsall

      1. Thanks, Cody! Just so I have this straight you think I should get more WR help rather than RB help in trading Hill Evans or both?

        1. Post By Cody Carpentier

No, RB would be the preferred move. I was just giving some trades that have happened recently. I would vastly prefer a draft pick trade, but I’m not sure you can pull that off, its league dependent. The RBs to target would be

          Hill for Mason, ’26 2nd
          Hill for Hubbard

          Evans for A. Jones
          Evans for Skattebo, ’26 2nd
          Evans for Mason, ’27 2nd
          Evans for Montgomery
          Evans, 2nd for Pollard

Evans + Hill for James Cook, ’27 2nd
Evans + Hill for Chase Brown, ’26 2nd

  18. Start sit advice
    Full point PPR
    Hollywood Brown or Jacory Croskey-Merritt
    Thanks in advance

    1. Post By Cody Carpentier

      Hollywood

  19. Full PPR: ROS Tuten or Kaleb Johnson
    Thanks RW

    1. Post By Cody Carpentier

Tuten is the east answer today, and I think both teams will be 9-11 win teams. Kaleb is the better back that can take a bigger workload and has less competition. Etienne is actually good, unlike Warren

  20. Hi have CMC
Brian Robinson got dropped should I bid a lot to secure the handcuff ?

    1. Post By Cody Carpentier

      14-19% in Seasonal

  21. would you give up javonte williams for egbuka?

    my rb’s…..barkley, henderson,montgomery,sampson.

my Wr’s are london,JSN,Addison,jennings…..I really don’t want to give up javonte but the hype around Egbuka and I feel like if henderson doesn’t hit my RB’s are weak!

    thoughts?
