Pro Day Re-Cap: Baylor RB Terrance Ganaway

His draft stock should be on the rise. Baylor RB Terrance Ganaway continues to show improvement throughout this offseason draft process. We saw him at the Senior Bowl, the NFL Combine, and now at his Pro Day workout. Ganaway came in to the offseason with a fair amount of acclaim on the heels of a great year for Baylor and a Heisman for RG3. I left the Senior Bowl disappointed though. His physique looked soft, he struggled in pass protection, and he did not look explosive or elusive. At the combine he ran a lackluster 4.67 40 yd. dash. Fast forward to today and we saw an improved Terrance Ganaway. A running back I would now be interested in my favorite team drafting.

During weigh ins you could see his physique has improved. Although he hasn’t lost weight it looks like he has changed his body composition and is more toned. As Colts scouts put it “he really took advantage of his opportunity” by putting up 22 reps on the bench press and running sub 4.5. Last but not least, he showed off really nice hands during passing drills.

I caught up with Terrance to get his take on today’s performance. He explained that he is finally 100% healthy and much more:
