PRO RosterWatch Week 3 Matchup Tool
Welcome back. This is a proprietary weekly tool provided by RosterWatch.
It is designed to be a decision-making tool for gauging the defensive opponents your fantasy players face. If you are new to this, our time-tested, most popular tool, the instructions couldn’t be simpler, and can be found below.
To use the tool, think about your fantasy player.
Let’s say you own Raiders RB Latavius Murray, and would like to see how he matches up against the defense he faces this week.
First, look at the Raiders’ matchup for the week, and see what the number is inside the “vs. RBs” cell for the Raiders’ OPPONENT.
(Murray is an RB, and you would like to know his opponent’s rank vs. that position.)
As you will see, the Raiders are playing the Browns, who have a big, blue ‘No. 1’ in their “vs. RBs” cell. This is a great indicator for Murray owners.
Repeat the same process for other players on your roster as you are trying to decide which players to start and which to sit.
“1″ is the best matchup, “32″ is the worst.
BLUE: Best Matchups
LIGHT BLUE: Borderline Top Matchups
LIGHT RED: Borderline Bottom Matchups
RED: Worst Matchups
The rankings represented here are derived via a proprietary algorithm which takes into account not only standard “fantasy points against” metrics from 2014 and Weeks 1 and 2 of 2015, but also weighted averages and medians of separate individual player scouting grades for members of the 2015 unit that will be defending, pass-rushing, or covering against the position in question. For the first 3 weeks of the 2015 season, trends to end 2014 are quantified and reflected in the overall matchup rating as well as a substantial focus offseason personnel changes.

Better week steam Tyrod or Tanny? and who would you rather have rest of the season? standard scoring, 6pts/tds
Tanny should be owned all league formats.
Thanks but that I want to know their opinion
We think both should be owned in 12-team leagues.
tannehill for the near future. I like taylor a lot, but his turnover potential limits his running upside.
Stevie Johnson – SD or Steve Smith – Baltimore? Both face bad matchups and I need one of the two as a flex.
smith sr.

Is there a way to get rid of the ads on the right hand side? I can’t see the TE column. I’m a paid pro subscriber
What browser and OS are you using Tim?
My question is my RB2 and flex, should I plug in Woodhead for either of them or keep them the way it is?

Mark Ingram
Frank Gore
Shane Vareen
Devonte Freeman
Thanks!
forte, anderson, ingram
Interesting one this week Bernard or John Brown in a Flex PPR? Thanks!
Bernard matchup is horrible, Matchup tool says Browns is better, I’d roll with Brown in PPR, but please refer to final rankings as they’ll be updated a bit through the weekend as usual and also I’d look at Trashman’s flex rankings when they come out and see what he thinks too.
Need starting lineup (2rbs, 3 wrs, 1 flex & TE) ppr league…..

Drop Funchess for Brandon Coleman? 14 Team PPR.
Because j hill let me down so bad last werk but is up against Baltimore defense I’m struggling if i should play j hill or tj yeldon…
I have heard all week that j hill will be back in the saddle. Additionally, BAL d not scary now that Suggs is gone. Although NE d is not very good, believe JAX will be airing it out to try to keep up w/ NE o.
Doesn’t sound great for Lacy to suit up on Monday. If he’s out, who would you start @ flex in 0.5 PPR – M. Gordon, S. Smith, or B. Cooks?
SSS
Standard 2 rb and 3 wr (no flex). I’ve got Peterson and Forte as my rbs. David Johnson and Doug Martin on the bench. Nervous about Forte going into Seattle by himself. Is it crazy to consider Johnson or Martin this week instead??
does seattle really expect anyone to believe lynch wont start sunday? really? at 0-2 and mama lynch (who gives a squirt of rat piss) on the war path! anyway ,i have l bell, lynch and l murray, starting i need 2 wr out of these 4, t williams ,b marshall, a hurns, g tate, 12 tm ppr
10-team PPR league w/ 1 spot for TE (ineligible for Flex). Currently have Rudolph on roster. Gates is on WW. Would you recommend picking up Gates after week 3 as replacement for Rudolph?
Potential trade question…
After week 3, would you recommend offering 0-2 team w/ QBs Brees & Kaep my Rivers/Hopkins for Demaryius Thomas?
My roster is as follows…
QB – Palmer, Rivers
RB – Bell, Coleman, Martin, Adullah, Powell & Matt Jones
WR – Cobb, Hopkins, Marshall, Stevie Johnson & Steve Smith, Sr.
Do I play j Landry or ginn in my flex for a PPR league for week 4?
