PRO VEGAS TOOL – DraftKings Flex Values Based on Vegas Player Props: Week 3

alex bylineHere is a tool you can use in your Week 3 DFS research. We’ve aggregated all the open NFL player props available to us to identify how Vegas sees the fantasy production occurring in this second round of the playoffs.

By gathering the Las Vegas over/unders on receptions, rushing and receiving yards, we can compare the projected output to the DraftKings pricing as a tool in gauging the value of players while setting our DraftKings lineups.

We can, of course, also use it as a tool in making decisions for our playoff-only leagues or for DFS use on other sites than DK.

PLEASE NOTE:

– This is not a comprehensive list of all players, but we do our best to find as many props as we can across dozens of different sports books. Players will be added into the spreadsheet as the bookmakers get them to us through Saturday evenings in-season and later in the week during the playoffs. Please check back leading into lineup lock if you don’t see a player you’re interested in listed on the sheet.

– Due to the fact that we pull props from numerous sources both online and private, sometimes props between books and line-makers can differ, especially when getting them early. If we notice a major difference between two reputable books, we’ll update the sheet to use the average of the two props given while accounting for juice.

– These are not RW official projections, but rather, an additional tool to aid our members in decision making.

– This is not the RosterWatch DFS Cheat Sheet. Cheat Sheets can be downloaded here once available.

– Players with no over/under receptions props available have been supplemented with implied associated stats based on season averages and/or recent trends.

– The “Bonus” column is indicative of the three-point bonus received on DraftKings for rushing or receiving for 100 yards. Players with organic production projected by the bookmakers at 89.5 yards (rushing or receiving – not combined) or over receive three points, 79.5-89.5 receive two points, 69.5-79.5 receive one point.

      Think I am going to go Derrick Henry and the second one is tough. Probably Marquise Lee, he has the best prop of any of those guys. Hogan looks hurt. Mixon probably the high upside play.

    Thanks for the help. Should I offer Gurley to get Carlos Hyde n Ertz? 12 tm, ppr, 2-0, we start 1/2/2,1 n flex. Have Hunt, L Miller, his backup, and Dixon. Hooper n Hunter H at TE. AB, K Allen, Garcon, Cupp, Golladay n Tyrell Williams.
    Also, if Pats blow out Texans, does Foreman get major touches? Have Miller flex. Go for HR w Golladay or Foreman since I have 39 from Gurley? Or steady pots from Miller?

      Would have been all in on Allen if West was out. Now he’s in, and DeMarco is questionable. This is insanely close. I can’t play Crowell over those guys in good conscience right now, even with the good matchup.

      I’d see who the Trashman has higher in his flex rankings, I have a trashy feeling it will be Buck Allen.

    I heard your DFS segment on SiriusXM, put together a line up of cousins, bell, Coleman, sanders, Hilton, Pryor, Kelce, Pats D and Bryant. I can pivot to Tate and Stafford or stick with Wash stack and $800 cash left on Fan Duel.

    Thoughts on which stack you like in tournament play?

      I like the Cousins stack. ATL’s DBs are really good. And, I expect that stack ownership % to be lower. But, hey- you could always get cockamamie and enter both lineups!

    Couple of Start/Sit questions — I checked your rankings but some of the comments made on tonight’s SXM show have me re-thinking:
    1. Would you sit Deandre Hopkins to start Martavus Bryant? I heard Alex’s comment on SXM about Hopkins past against NE and him “wetting the bed”.
    2. Buck Allen or Theo Riddick? I’ve watched a few of the London games and they are usually straight shit. I would think Riddick should get a good bit of action in the matchup against in ATL.

    I need your advice on both of these please. Thanks in advanced!

      I would prob stick with Hopkins, just based on target volume in ppr- but Alex has a great point- and Martavis prob has more upside. Tough call, go with who you’re feeling.

      I’d prob roll w/ Parker. Wouldn’t blame you for going with any of the other guys.

      JStew feels boom / bust. Carson could go big, but’d I’d like to see that snap share for one more week. Cooks is a solid option, it just feels like that thing hasn’t totally come together yet. Make sure and check the Trashman’s flex rankings- he would admittedly tell you he’s prob a bit artificially low on Parker.

    You kinda answered this on air so much appreciated, but it goes a bit deeper. I have Jimmy Graham, but want to win and have serious doubts. I am 1-1 and out to a good lead (50pts) already with Gurley and some idp pts.

    Bench: wentz, d. henry, perine, riddick, rodgers, kupp (can’t cut I believe bc he played), and parker.

    Do I cut graham for cook or watson, or cut someone from bench for them and who? I am not afraid to make the expert move.

    Also if Henry is going to start over murray do I play him over martavius in the flex? My current rb starters are Gurley and Buck Allen.

      This is a crazy insane question- many members of RWNation are asking. I like them both. I’m not too concerned about Henry’s touches, I think he is the safer play.

      If you’re goosey about the matchup, worried about Murray, or swinging for the fences- have no remorse or regrets getting Parker in your lineup.

      Love that you have this problem. You know- with the matchup- I’d probably roll Perine. The only issues is he’s the late night game- so if Kelley for some reason unexpectedly plays that could screw things up.

      In the absence of those concerns- I’d go with Perine. If that worries you, put Henry in and feel awesome about it!

      Although finicky, when they’re running right- there’s nothing better than the fine luxury and performance of an Italian super car.

      I like Martavis, and he is a fine play this week. In most circumstances Im leaning towards Henry.
