2016 RosterWatch Fantasy Football Draft Cheat Sheet V.1 Now Available
RosterWatch Nation, the time has come to once again dominate your fantasy drafts. The original three-step cheat sheet is now available for download to RosterWatch PRO members. Most of you have used the Cheat Sheet in previous seasons and you know it’s the simplest, most effective and most easy-to-use fantasy football draft tool on the market.
The Cheat Sheet is a sheet of paper you print out, then mark off names as players go off the board. This year, we’ve added an online tool with functionality to be used in the same way — either on your computer or any mobile device you’d like. If you follow the three simple rules (even a toddler would have no problem understanding them), you are, as always, GUARANTEED and expert-quality draft.
Just don’t break the rules.

SUNDAY 8/7 UPDATE: ONE IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE IF DRAFTING WITH THE STANDARD OR PPR SHEET: MARK LIONS TE ERIC EBRON’S NAME OFF THE LIST AND DO NOT DRAFT HIM. WE ARE AWAITING NEWS ABOUT AN APPARENT ACHILLES INJURY AND WILL BE HANDS-OFF ON EBRON UNTIL WE KNOW MORE. He has been deleted from the 2QB cheat sheet, and will be deleted from the forthcoming updates to the standard and PPR sheets. However, if you draft on Sunday, please be advised to not draft Eric Ebron.

Hey guys, the league I am in just added 0.2 points per carry for running backs. It is a 1 ppr league. Should I still use the PPR cheat sheet or with the added bonus to running backs should I use the 0.5 ppr sheet? Thanks guys and looking forward to another successful year!!!!
Cmartin-
That one is close. Still lean slightly to the PPR sheet without having played that exact format. However, when in doubt we always tell everybody to default to the Standard Sheet. You could still win a PPR league with that thing.

who should I target at 3.3 in a dynasty ppr start up draft?
who have you already taken and who is it looking like will be available? To hard to answer without knowing how the draft has played out up until that point.
Just renewed my pro membership, trying my 1st blind draft with the cheatsheet.
Quickie for ya,
this league is a shallow roster – would you follow the sheet regardless of position I need filled ?
IE I have only 2 startable rbs, and if looking at the sheet I see… say at pick xxx that there are 3 rbs falling in a row on the cheat sheet, would you still take an rb or skip ahead 3 – 4 spots on the cheat sheet and fill my next vacant position ?
I am leaning toward the latter – in a non trading league ..
Peace
BVIC- we always recommend following the sheet- however we do encourage the use of some basic discretion based on your positional roster limits. Obv- don’t draft 4 QBs and 3 TEs either. When using this discretion, you still don’t want to deviate too far off the sheet- no more than a couple of rows. Good luck
Also what will the winning powerball number be 😉
?
Thx Byron, I am going to need it.
I joined a RTS league draft, and see there are 4 teams with over 20 entries in vavious RTS drafts this season, this leads me to believe they are sharks 🙁
They say- if you can’t spot the donkey at the table- then you’re the donkey. Don’t be the donkey 🙂
12 Team Standard, 1 keeper. 3 year max
Jordy Nelson in the 13th round
or
Amari Cooper in the 5th round
Feel like I have to go Jordy, right?
Does the compensation to keep the player go up every year you choose to keep them?
Without knowing- all traditional logic says Nelson- esp if you’re in it to win it this year (as we tend to recommend)- the disparity in the draft picks dictates Jordy
Personally, I see Cooper as a player on the rise and Jordy a player prob on the backside of his peak. So, I can see why this is tough.
I would take Amari in the 2nd round this year above Jordy in a non keeper league- so you are still get solid value nabbing him in the 5th- and I personally just get much sicker on Amari- which should be a part of your team- owning players you like. He’s about to explode on the scene. And, he is going to start the first month of the season on fire.
If you love Cooper too, NO you don’t have go Jordy. If you aren’t partial to either- you’re fine to play it safe keep that 5th rounder and go with Jordy- and still feel like your robbed your league.
Also, I have Rawls in the 19th. But I don’t know if the value is there compared to the Wr options.I do like Amari better than Jordy, and could be serviceable as a keeper for 3 years.
The penalty is 2nd year it bumps up a round and 3rd year it cuts in half. If Rawls panned out he could be a huge value, but Amari definitely has the superstar potential.
Rawls is a very interesting pick in RD19- we like him much better than Jordy in this situation.
What I am understanding is Coop will cost your a 5 this yr, a 4 next yr, and a 2 in yr 3- that’s not horrible.
Rawls a 19 this yr, and 18 next yr, and a 9 in yr 3. I might keep Rawls- throw Cooper back- and if you love him like I do- just take him in RD2 if you have to this year
You guys really think LeVeon Bell is worth taking late in the first round in a 12 team draft?….because that’s what it seems like the cheat sheet is saying. I really want him and I’m really trying to get a feel for where he’s been going and where he should go.
You don’t need to get a feel, because we already have. The cheat sheet is drafting made easy, and requires no prep. Everything you are mulling over has already been built in. Just take it easy, follow the sheet, and wake up in your fantasy playoffs in 4 months. Keep asking your fantasy questions here along the way. Thanks so much for your support.
How do you guys balance following the cheat sheet vs. anticipating how the other people in the draft are taking players? I’m on Yahoo and the other people seem to be drafting based on the Yahoo ranks so even though a player is next up on my cheat sheet it seems like I can wait on taking them because they’re so far down the automated rankings.
That sounds like a mock, your real draft won’t go that way. Use some dissection if you know your league, but never go too far off the reservation. When in doubt, always follow the sheet- and don’t break the rules. Cuz, when you do – is when things get super-cockamamie.
I ended up following the sheet on 95% on my picks. My team turned out great! Out of curiosity, why do you guys dislike Gronk so much? Cuz of the suspension? Injury risk?
Love Gronk, hate a TE that early. It’s a bad strategy. Would you mind sharing the squad you ended up with?
-Byron
Yall said you were looking for cheatsheet rosters.
In the mid point of that real time sports draft I mentioned earlier.
I am doing well, I REALLY REALLY didn’t want to take demarco in the 5th round
And I did break a rule in round 3. I lucked out, I used my better judgement and got lucky.
I chose Edelman before McCoy – wound up with both
in this particular league hardly no RBs were taken. Most of the WR talent was gone, PLUS this leagues ADP had McCoy showing up as a late 4th rounder.
Here is my squad in sequential order
drew 5 hole in draft.
-Gurley
-Cooper
-Edelman
-McCoy
-DEMARCO
-The black anaconda ( but shouldn’t we just call him the anaconda ? .. I have seen the internet, aint many white anacondas )
-Big Ben Rapistberger
When do we suggest taking a Defense and Kicker when using the Cheat Sheet?
Generally the last two rounds.
