2018 RosterWatch Ultimate Draft Cheat Sheet (PPR) Updated to v3.1

RosterWatch Nation, the time has come to once again dominate your fantasy drafts. The original epic three-step cheat sheet is now available for download to RosterWatch PRO members. Most of you have used the Cheat Sheet in previous seasons and you know it’s the simplest, most effective and most easy-to-use fantasy football draft tool on the market. It has been updated to v3.1 to account for news from training camps and shifts in ADP.

The Cheat Sheet is a sheet of paper you print out, then mark off names as players go off the board. Last year, we added the online tool with functionality to be used in the same way — either on your computer or any mobile device you’d like. If you follow the three simple rules (even a toddler would have no problem understanding them), you are, as always, GUARANTEED and expert-quality draft.

Just don’t break the rules by bastardizing the sheet.

  1. I have the 3rd pick ppr….if I trade down to 11 in a 12 team league what do I ask in return?

    1. I wouldn’t want to trade down. I’m not sure how much you’d really be able to get. If the guy is super hot to move up tell him that you’ll swap him 1s if you also swap 2s THEN you get HIS third (3.11) for YOUR fourth (4.10). He probably won’t take that deal, but if he is interested, you could make that happen. In all, the trade would be

      Give up
      1.03, 2.10, 4.10

      Get
      1.11, 2.02, 3.11

  2. What if I take his third outright?….love you guys….pro member here and amateur writer

    1. get his third outright? yes take the deal.

Hey Alex just joined rosterwatch nation quick question I’m in a half point ppr 16 team idp . I noticed your standard cheat sheet says .5 next to it . Do I use that one or PPR cheat sheet . Also would you wait to draft a qb like 8 or 9 round in my format thanks

Team name is Balls under your Nose Tackle

        1. Half point I’d go standard. The sheet usually arranges it to where you take a qb around the tenth round. If you just follow the sheet, it’ll work out.

Thanks brother . FYI your show is one of the ones I look forwarding to listening on sirrius . Love the filthy garbage you pull out of the trash bag Trashman

          2. Thanks for the love! They’ll be plenty more where that comes from.

  3. Alex I think I can get a combo or fornette, hunt,Gordon, or cook….with the 11 slot…..what do you think?

  4. would you rather keep Hogan in 7th or Engram in 10th? I’ll already have Kamara and Marvin jones on the squad. full PPR.

    1. I’d personally keep Engram. Looking at fantasypro’s consensus ADP it has them both around 65-70, and engram in the 10th gives you a bit more value.

    Hi
Will there be a cheatsheet for standard scoring leagues this year? Am i just missing the link for it?I have used the sheet the past few years and it is awesome.

    1. Hey man-

Click “My Account” and look at the pro downloads. It should be the third one down. I’ve used it on a couple mocks so far and it’s great.

  6. I have the 5th pick in a 1/2 Point PPR 16 team league.

According to Standard/.5 PPR Cheat Sheet I am to go with Antonio Brown, presuming everyone pick correctly with the first 4 picks.

According to PPR Cheat Sheet I am to select Shaquan Barkley with my 5th pick.

Given the rush on RB’s as well as Ben’s age, and utlimately the 1/2 point PPR am I remiss if I go with Barkley in this spot?. (of course if Gurley, Zeke, Johnson or Bell fall to me, I pick them immediately!)

    Thanks RW Nation!

  7. 10 team PPR Keeper League. D. Johnson, Kamara, Hunt and D. Hopkins will all be kept. I have the 4th choice of Draft positions. First 3 likely to keep the first 3 draft spots and will probably take RB’s. Make any sense to move back to the turn or just stay put with Barkley or A. Brown?

I will be keeping J. Howard, Alex Collins, Kupp and likely Corey Davis if that makes a difference.

    Thanks

  8. Similar Question to the top – but more or less interested how much is too much to give up for 1.03.

    I currently have 1.02, 2.04, 2.10, 2.11, 3.02, 4.11, 5.02 & 5.03 in the first 5 rounds (w/Watson and Engram as keepers)

Dude at 1.03 has – 1.03, 3.03 and 4.07 with not shit for keepers.

I offered 2.05 and 5.03 for 1.03 but with no keepers and no 4.07 pick (at the time – he passed).

Do I just roll with all my 2nds or offer up 2.04+3.02 for 1.03. My play would likely be Zeke + Brown or Bell.

So the follow up there is would you roll the 2 RBs per sheet or throw Brown w/Zeke.

    Thanks.

    1. Appears to be ‘Standard’ – No where did I see that a player is awarded a point for each reception (Point per reception/catch).

    2. Post By Kwillee@hotmail.com

Is this a trick question??? Is this a polish league??? LOL

      1. Post By Kwillee@hotmail.com

I got dizzy trying to read through that cockamamie post. But I believe cwink is correct. No point per reception means no ppr aka standard although it might be a hyper scoring standard league I don’t know. I will go back to college and pay attention in that statistics course instead of staring at the hotties ass that sat in front of me!!!

  10. Appears to be ‘Standard’ – No where did I see that a player is awarded a point for each reception (Point per reception/catch).

  11. This is to all my maniacal pro brothers and Alex, byron, and yes the disgusting freeloader trashman.
I have the 3 hole in a ppr…I know the magical cheat sheet says zeke….can anyone give me a good reason to bastardize the cheat sheet and take dj?….bell and gurley are off the board

    1. It’s really just a coin flip but Zeke has shown he can stay healthy and has a great o-line. Seems like the safer choice to me. DJ has the receiving edge but he’s in a new system this year.

      1. Post By Kwillee@hotmail.com

I take Zeke every day and twice on Sunday until that RosterWatch cheat sheet tells me to do otherwise!!!

I’m in a 16 team half point ppr idp league which cheat am I using?

  14. Post By JOSE VALLEDOR

I’ve now tried doing mock drafts with 3 cheat sheats from different sites.. And I gotta say that the teams I’m drafting (without bastardizing) using the RosterWatch cheat sheet are far more superior than the ones from other sites. I’m extracting way more value and constructing solid teams from top to bottom, consistently. I will definitely be using RosterWatch’s cheat sheet in all of my drafts! Good luck to everyone this year!

    1. Glad you’re seeing the fruits of our labor, Jose. Good luck!

  15. Went into a 16 team draft last night with that piece of paper made of “magic”. Drew the number 1 pick. Here is my team, I love this cheat sheet tool:

    QB Andrew Luck
    RB Todd Gurley
    RB Jodan Howard
    RB Royce Freeman
    RB Ty Montgomery
    WR TY Hilton
    WR Chris Hogan
    WR Sammy Watkins
    WR Anthony Miller
    WR Randall Cobb
    WR Chris Godwin
    TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins

We start 2 RB, 3 WR and a flex. Short benches.

Was it a standard or ppr

      1. PPR..sorry forgot to mention that

  16. Do you guys have an Eagles camp visit on the docket? Curious as to how that backfield is shaking out.

    1. The may be a visit to New York, but as of now there is no plan to visit philly. Adam Caplan was on yesterday’s show and stated that Corey Clement is their best pass blocker and will be on the field a lot in addition to ajayi.

Need some help guys. So in the BHB league we changed the keeper rules a bit. Here is the league setup:

    1qb, 2rb, 3wr, te, flex- wr/rb/te, superflex- qb/wr/te/rb, k, def

2 keeper max of which only 1 can be a qb, keeper cost is rd drafted and they can be kept for 3 yrs.

    15th rd- Deshaun Watson
    16th rd- Josh Gordon/Agholor
    2nd rd- Michael Thomas
    8th rd- Mark Ingram
    5th rd- Kelce

My initial thoughts were Watson/Thomas, however I think I can likley get Thomas in 2nd if I wanted with pick 2.1 However I have also considered Watson/Gordon or Kelce

Also should be noted I have no 1st, 3rd, or 4th rd pick and have pick 12 in the draft.

    1. I’d go Watson/Kelce. I think you’re right about Thomas, Gordon is too iffy long term. I might consider ingram if you think you can stay afloat for 4 games without him.

  18. Cook in the 6th or bell in the first ? I would most likely get Hunt in the 1st round or Julio Jones

  19. I was doing a mock, and followed the three simple rules religiously. I ended up with 8 RBs and 1 WR in my first 9 picks. I saw it happening early, but wanted to see how it would shake out. What do you do in this scenario on draft day?

    1. Post By Kwillee@hotmail.com

Although very very rare sometimes anomalies do happen. Did you have options on any of those pics to choose between a RB, WR, TE or QB on the same line???

      1. No, it was pretty wild. EVERY pick was RB and nothing else close except for JuJu in the 4th. I kind of figured this was rare, but haven’t done enough mocks to know. I’m mostly curious, if that happens, when the point is to pivot. Probably varies draft to draft though.

        1. Post By Kwillee@hotmail.com

That is really an outlier being the sheet is like a living and breathing thing! Being it is evolving throughout the draft season with Alex and Byron constantly making the necessary changes to fine tune it as events take place! While bastradization of the sheet is always frowned upon….. That being said… You must also be comfortable and happy with your team! Myself personally at the most would have went 4 rb deep and most likely would have pivoted after getting my third rb. I really love the mid round wrs but that is just me. I think as you I am sure will do a lot more mocks you will find that was an anomaly. But do report back and if it continues do take a screenshot of it and email it to the guys so they can analyze it! Best of luck this season!

          1. Awesome, appreciate the response!

Slightly off topic for the Cheat Sheet, but…

Is there a way to listen to the Pro Podcasts without having to stream it from the site? Can I download on my phone? I need to stay on the move!

    1. yes you can download on your phone – there should be a download button on the side of the player.

  21. Hey guys…love your content and especially your show on SiriusXM…have a complex league scenario to run past you…I apologize in advance for the length of the description, but I think you’ll appreciate the league and my situation!! Thanks

10 team, 18-man roster, superflex, contract year league…
    We start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1FLEX 1SUPERFLEX, 1D/ST
We have a TOTAL of 25 contract years to give to players, and contracts can only be given to players we draft in each current year…then obviously a year would fall off each contract when the new season begins…players drafted and not given a contract are on your team for the current season only…there is also the option of (what we call) franchising a player either that would be coming off of contract or was picked up on waivers during the previous season…but you may only have ONE franchised player on your roster at any given time (told you this was complex) and if you choose to do it, it would be at the cost of your first round pick…so I have 12 available contract years to give out, and here is my roster to start the season, as well as my dilemma:
    PLAYER – YEARS LEFT
    Dak – 1
    Mariota – 2
    Zeke – 2
    Hunt – 2
    Amari – 1
    Jarvis – 1
    John Ross -2
    Corey Davis – 2

My dilemma is that I pick 9th, and could franchise Deshaun Watson with my 1st round pick (Josh Gordon and Shady McCoy are also potential but doubtful options). Three teams ahead of me have only 1 QB, and I don’t believe I’d get a better player at 9 than DW…but I also have Zeke coming off contract in two years so I could franchise HIM at that point…below is a list of kind of the consensus best available players (Gronk, Diggs & McKinnon are all possible franchise options for the same team, which picks ahead of me, also the guy with pick 10 has Brees (1 year left) and Winston (2), and will be using that pick to franchise Gurley so I only have to fade one pick between my 9th and 12th pick)…I do believe in waiting on QB, but I’m not thrilled with Dak/Mariota as my QBs, so do I franchise Watson? If so, do I give him a contract longer than 2 years which would void my ability to franchise Zeke in 2 years? Do I roll the dice and wait to see who I can get at 9 & 12 because the franchise tag is so valuable?
Available QBs include: Jimmy G, Goff, Mahomes, Trubisky, Ben, Alex Smith, Keenum, Dalton, Bortles, Tannehill, Eli, etc…as well as all the rookies…

    AVAILABLE PLAYERS
    RB Melvin Gordon III, LAC
    RB Saquon Barkley, NYG
    WR Keenan Allen, LAC
    TE Rob Gronkowski, NE
    WR Adam Thielen, MIN
    RB Jerick McKinnon, SF
    WR T.Y. Hilton, IND
    WR Larry Fitzgerald, ARI
    WR Stefon Diggs, MIN
    RB Kenyan Drake, MIA
    RB Alex Collins, BAL
    RB LeSean McCoy, BUF
    WR Golden Tate, DET
    WR JuJu Smith-Schuster, PIT
    WR Alshon Jeffery, PHI
    RB Derrick Henry, TEN
    RB Lamar Miller, HOU
    WR Marvin Jones Jr, DET
    WR Michael Crabtree, BAL

    1. Forgot to mention full PPR…

    2. let me get back to you in a year when I’m done reading this …

      just kidding,

      1. In a superflex set up such as this we franchise Watson.

        1. Thanks Alex,

I have 12 years to dole out…do I give him a max 5 year deal or only 2 and protect Zeke at that point (assuming he’s still a viable first round pick)?
