2019 Best Ball Cheat Sheet Updated to V3.0

rosterwatch_logo2014

We’ve made structural changes in a few portions of the sheet to account for the results of the 2019 NFL draft.

The simple rules for using the sheet of paper to dominate your best-ball draft are the same three rules you have followed in redraft and dynasty leagues using the tool for years with a few minor caveats detailing how many players to take at each position. Feel free to deviate slightly from the exact slotting in order to make sure that player thresholds at each position are reached.

Other than that, basically, the rules are so simple, a toddler could follow them. Keep checking back to RosterWatch.com to make sure you have the latest version of the Best Ball Cheat Sheet before drafting, as things can and will change (sometimes drastically) through the spring as ADPs shift and as we gather more of our industry-leading intelligence on the 2019 class.

It’s nit picky and there is no wrong answer but I am taking Zeek over Barkley at this point. My rationale is:

It was pointed out to me that the Vegas Under/Over on Daniel Jones starts is 7.5. If Jones starts 7 games for the Giants and most scouts said he wasn’t even a first round player, the history says that RBs attached to terrible QBs won’t fair well.

Barkley looked like he may be able overcome a terrible situation especially with the receptions but there is risk with Barkley that isn’t there with Zeek.

We are fine with that. You know what we say about player touching on the chart. You have license! I was personally all over Zeke at #1 in all formats last yr, and don’t see a particular reason to back off this season!

    Nice point Sez !
But for me, cant over think saiquon at 101

    Now if we talkin kamara
The saints lost some o line depth
    He maybe affected.

Viable rationale as well. The other thing I’d add to Alan’s argument is losing Odell to keep defenses honest. In PPR Barkley is a pretty safe option. You are right, Kamara is the wildcard here.

        Sorry B$
        Its the rookie cheat sheet
Its no big deal just wanted to troll trashman
        Is all..

        1. shit, that’s my fault BV- I for some reason I labeled them incorrectly at the top. regardless, it works the same way as always- will correct that small error on v1.2 which will probably come out this week.

  4. It would be good to add the check boxes / strikethrough.

    1. we only have that functionality for the other sheets currently, but our web guy is working on development for the rookie and best ball sheets, we don’t think it will be hard to make happen.

  5. Any chance we can get a dynasty cheat sheet for vets to go a long with the best ball and dynasty rookie cheat sheets? I have a draft coming up in a couple weeks for a new dynasty league.

    1. Hey Fish, we have never done dynasty start up sheets, but I’ll pass it along as something we can possibly put on the development list as well, thanks again for the support . Take Saquon first overall 😉

  6. Is Emmanuel Sanders not on the list?

    1. No, we don’t want anything to do with him, just like Tyreek has been off the list all along.
