David Njoku, Browns
Age: 26
Movement: Rising
Previous Rank TE18
Updated Rank TE15
It seems like Njoku has been in the league for a decade, but he’ll still only be 26 when the season starts. With a new deal that pays him $28 million guaranteed and makes him the fifth highest paid TE on a yearly basis, Njoku is slated to be an integral part of the Browns’ plans moving forward. He’s flashed elite capabilities here and there, but he has yet to string together a monster season. Paired with Deshaun Watson(tentatively) though, Njoku may finally fulfill his fantasy potential in his fifth NFL season.

Rashaad Penny, Seahawks
Age: 26
Movement: Rising
Previous Rank RB38
Updated Rank RB36
Penny scared us all last week with a sore hamstring that kept him out of OTA’s, but he’s back in action now. Penny showed top 5 upside in a stint last season in relief of Chris Carson, and Carson’s status is still as nebulous as ever. Rookie Kenneth Walker looks to primarily be a 3rd down back for the time being, so Penny should have a real shot at leading the backfield come September. If he stays healthy, Penny has the skills to keep a stranglehold on the starting job in Seattle, so he at least needs to be ranked like someone capable of putting up RB2 caliber numbers.

Parris Campbell, Colts
Age: 25
Movement: Rising
Previous Rank WR84
Updated Rank WR81
Campbell keeps inching his way up the rankings, as news of his increased involvement in the Matt Ryan led Colts offense comes to light. In their most recent practice, Campbell caught 8 of 24 or 1/3 of Ryan’s total passes. If you take Ryan’s career attempts and parse them out by thirds, it leaves you with 12.7 targets per game. Ryan probably won’t throw quite that much with Jonathan Taylor at his disposal, but if Campbell even sniffs double-digit targets on the regular, he’s going to feast with his YAC ability. I’m making it a priority to acquire Campbell early and often in drafts.
