PRO Byron Lambert’s Week 11 Trade Report
Alright #RWNation as trade deadlines near- it’s time to turn the page to late-season trade strategy in this 8th and final installment of the trade report.
Winning teams should shift gears to prepping for a deep playoff run by scouring their league for premium and super-premium players. We are even willing to “overpay” at this point for elite talent or the top players in fantasy- in order to assemble the most formidable starting lineups possible.
Ideally, you’ll head into the playoffs with an all star cast of starters including some of the biggest names in fantasy that have the best playoff matchups. Remember, the depth of talent on your bench that has served you so well for navigating the attrition of the season- doesn’t do you much good in the fantasy playoffs. You want to shift as much of that roster value into your starting lineup and front-load the player equity on your roster. Of course, you want to also stay mindful of winning ea week until you lock up a bye.
We recommend looking for distressed or even micro buy low opportunities especially from teams on the playoff bubble or just outside the playoff window from now until your trade deadline drops. Some NFL bye weeks remain which can present these opportunities.
Teams on the playoff bubble must continue to focus on winning every week and not get too tied up in making trades for playoff futures. Don’t be reckless but don’t get ahead of yourself- just keep working. Be opportunistic. Be clever.

Tyreek Hill, MIA (he may live on either side of your trade market or may be a trade neutral hold)
Darnell Mooney, ATL

Rashod Bateman, BAL
Deebo Samuel, SF
Jauan Jennings, SF

Hey Byron,
With the new trade report out and my league’s trade deadline this week, I’m looking for advice on how to apply this late-season strategy to my team.
I’ve been active on the trade market recently:
Two weeks ago, I traded Dowdle and Kraft for Higgins.
Last week, I traded JSN, Odunze, and Brooks for AJ Brown.
Now, I’m looking to make another move to solidify my playoff chances.
Based on the report, I see that Derrick Henry could be liquidation option? Would you recommend moving Henry for a big haul, or should I stick with him for the playoff run? What kind of haul should DH land me?
Question for tonight’s game –
With strong philly D and playing on Philly, should I bench Daniels in favor Goff? Thanks
Also, who would you start – Tillman, Hopkins or Williamson
Thanks. Hope you have time to get this before kickoff.
I’d play JD. Our rankings currently have Tillman out of those guys surprisingly.
Thanks Alex
How do you guys feel about the following trade. Full PPR
My Achane, Scary Terry, and JSN for Josh Allen, AJ Brown and Jeudy.
My Team: Nix, CMC, Walke, Hubbard, Bigsby, Mason, J Reed, JSN, Hopkins, M Evans, Hickingson, Vikes D.
Believe it or not this team is 4 and 6 and I’m fighting for a playoff spot.
Thanks RW
Ohh shoot I forgot Jefferson 🙂
Full point PPR Sam Darnold or A. Richardson? Thanks!
