Elijah Moore, Browns
Age: 24
Movement: Falling
Previous Rank: 144
Updated Rank: 153
Moore continues to underwhelm in fantasy. After finishing the 2023 season with a whimper(59/640/2), even after Donovan Peoples-Jones left for Detroit, he’s been on the outside looking in since Jerry Jeudy came to Cleveland. Jeudy looks like the slot starter, he played almost 60% of his 2023 snaps there, with Amari Cooper and Cedric Tillman manning the outside. Nothing is set in stone yet, but things aren’t looking good for Moore as we near the start of the 2024 NFL season.

DeMario Douglas, Patriots
Age: 24
Movement: Rising
Previous Rank: 128
Updated Rank: 125
The leading receiver for the Patriots in 2023, Douglas continued to thrive in practices this spring, displaying the explosiveness that buoyed his rookie season. He was far and away the Pats’ best playmaker in practice, even with a bevy of new talent in the receiving room. The fact that he plays mostly out of the slot helps Douglas’ chances of thriving even if the QB play in New England remains less than stellar.

Tank Bigsby, Jaguars
Age: 23
Movement: Falling
Previous Rank: 180
Updated Rank: 195
The Jaguars intended on upping Bigsby’s touches this coming season after working Travis Etienne(325 touches) more than any RB other than Christian McCaffrey in 2023, but Bigsby has seemingly taken a step back this off-season, having issues with drops. It looks like another busy season for Etienne on the horizon, with 5th round rookie Keilan Robinson prospectively getting more looks. Bigsby may not have that breakout season this year or potentially any other.
