Dynasty Rankings Updates (7/25/22): Kenyan Drake, Jeff Wilson, Greg Dulcich

Dynasty Rankings Update: 7/25/22

Kenyan Drake, Raiders
Age: 28
Movement: Rising
Previous Rank RB80
Updated Rank RB78
Drake was cleared to begin training camp this week, after breaking his ankle in December. New HC Josh McDaniels is likely to implement some sort of committee backfield in Las Vegas, and his backfields always implement a healthy dose of pass-catching, a skill that Drake is best suited for, of all the current Raiders RBs. Things could shift from week to week, or drive to drive, but Drake is on the path to more touches and his ranking should indicate that.

Jeff Wilson, 49ers
Age: 27
Movement: Rising
Previous Rank RB73
Updated Rank RB65
Wilson is healed from an off-season knee injury and is reportedly running as the no.2 back in San Fran, ahead of rookie Tyrion Davis-Price, who missed the bulk of spring practices with an injury. HC Kyle Shanahan seems dedicated to running his backfield as more of a committee this season, after Elijah Mitchell missed 6 games last season and had knee surgery in the off-season. That means Wilson should see more carries, as long as he stays healthy. I had to boost Wilson ahead of guys like Zack Moss and fellow 49er Trey Sermon, neither of whom are in line to see an increase in touches.

Greg Dulcich, Broncos
Age: 22
Movement: Rising
Previous Rank TE31
Updated Rank TE22
The Broncos made the rare move of giving the rookie TE Dulcich first team snaps during OTAs and minicamp, indicating that he could compete with Albert Okwuegbunam for the starting job in Denver. TEs usually don’t make a big move in fantasy until year three of their careers, but we’ve seen this trend bucked on occasion. Okwuegbunam has been injured throughout much of his career so far, so it’s not out of the realm of possibilities that Dulcich could see considerable snaps in his first season, on a newly explosive offense. His arrow is pointing up.
