George Pickens, Steelers
Age: 21
Movement: Rising
Previous Rank WR35
Updated Rank WR29
Pickens is making light work of opposing corners throughout camp and into the preseason. Diontae Johnson and Chase Claypool both sat out the Steelers’ first preseason game, and Pickens made the most of his debut, playing with the first team and tying for the team lead in targets(5), posting a 3-34-1 line. This shouldn’t really come as a surprise, as Pickens would have been one of the top picks in the draft, if not for an ACL tear his junior year. Set to start opposite Claypool in 3-wide sets, Pickens can be as good as Mitch Trubisky allows him to be.

Desmond Ridder, Falcons
Age: 24
Movement: Rising
Previous Rank QB23
Updated Rank QB18
Ridder is making a strong case to make starts in his rookie season, throwing for 103 yards and 2 TDs in his preseason debut against Detroit. He was also the team’s leading rusher(64 yards). It’s still Marcus Mariota‘s job to lose in Atlanta, but Ridder is the team’s future, and if this is to be a rebuilding year, Ridder should get the experience if he’s ready. It looks like he’s not far off.

Miles Sanders, Eagles
Age: 25
Movement: Falling
Previous Rank RB26
Updated Rank RB29
Sanders isn’t doing himself any favors in the passing game, fighting against the ball in training camp. Both Kenny Gainwell and Boston Scott are more capable pass catchers, and both will be utilized on 3rd downs in Sanders’ stead. With the offense trending in a more pass happy direction with the addition of AJ Brown, and 3rd downs going to other backs, Sanders’ arrow is pointing anywhere but up.

  1. Speaking of Dynasty…

Year 4 with this now new and improved team:

    10 team PPR

    1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 2 FLEX, 1 TE (20 Bench)

    QB: Lance (Tannehill, Mayfield, Winston)
RB: Hall, Etienne (Gainwell, J. Robinson, E. Benjamin, D’Ernest Johnson, Z. White, K. Ingram, Ty Chandler)
WR: AJ Brown, DJ Moore (Chark, Boyd, Palmer, V. Jefferson, N. Collins, Dotson, Mims, Crowder)
    FLEX: E. Moore, Mooney
    TE: Fant (Henry, Trautman)

With all Bucs camp updates you’ve provided, I feel it’s time for me to re-add Vaughn who is still sitting on waivers (along with J. Wilson, Corbin, Warren, McKenzie, Smith-Marsette, etc) but who would you drop to add Vaughn? Anyone else worth adding right now?

  2. You can drop Keaontay Ingram for Vaughn if you want. Ingram looks like he might not even make the team.

    1. appreciate you man, thanks

  3. Looking for trade advice – I give Chase Edmonds for his 2023 1st round pick

I feel I’m in a win-now window, and trying to determine if giving up a quality depth RB is worth the 2023 1st round pick. Injuries/bye weeks can derail you if you don’t have depth, and I don’t have much draft capital if something goes wrong.

    1. You only really have to start 2 RBs, I want the 2023 0ne much more than I want Edmonds.
