Romeo Doubs, Packers

We really have to forget about Doubs’ uneven Senior Bowl outing at this point, as it was over 2 years ago, and he’s proven himself on an actual NFL field many times over at this point(674/8 line in 2023). The reality of the situation is that he’s running as either the 1A or 1B in the ever improving Packers’ WR corps at this point. He’s been logging more snaps than any other WR on the first team, and he doesn’t care if you believe in him or not.

Xavier Legette, Panthers
Age: 23
Movement: Falling

Legette injured his foot on Sunday, and though it looks like he avoided a break, he’s going to miss invaluable time in practice, and as a rookie that doesn’t bode well for his chances on seeing the field early in the season. Legette was already considered a raw prospect, and there’s at least a couple young WRs waiting in the wings to take what might be his starting spot opposite Diontae Johnson and Adam Thielen.

Dylan Laube, Raiders
Age: 25
Movement: Rising

Laube is already 24 and will turn 25 this season, and he’s on an offense that doesn’t project to be in the top half of scoring offenses, but the rookie has displayed good hands, open field ability and pass protection thus far in the preseason. With only Zamir White and Alexander Mattison ahead of him on the depth chart, Laube has one of the shortest paths to fantasy relevance for a rookie backup this season.
