Mike Band’s Final 2025 NFL Mock Draft

My final predictions for the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft are locked in. This is now the 21st straight year I’ve assembled a first-round mock draft. First published on FootballsFuture forums, then DraftAce.com, and now RosterWatch and NFL.com, the construction of my annual mock is one of my favorite exercises of the year.

Over the last five years, I’ve ranked fifth in overall accuracy among 75 draft experts, including a second-place finish among 172 experts one year ago. In 2009, I had the most accurate mock on record. While connecting every dot in a first-round mock is impossible, matching players with teams ahead of draft night is very much within reach. So without further ado, after breaking down the buzz, team needs, player evaluations and organization philosophies, here is who I think each team will take in the first round on Thursday night.
