PRO Preseason NFL DFS Week 2 Thursday 3-Game Slate Player Pool Cheat Sheet

Here’s a tool to help you in constructing lineups for Week 2 of the preseason NFL DFS season. While this is a shittier-looking much-less technologically advanced method for getting this information out than you are used to for our in-season DFS slates via the standard cheat sheets, we hope this information will help you in narrowing your player pool and deciding which players you like the most. The shared spreadsheet will be updated throughout the day if we get important news.

In the spreadsheet, you’ll see the first page is a rundown of usage from Week 1 of the preseason for these players to use as additional reference on top of the suggested plays in the separate game-by-game tabs.

Preseason DFS is a tricky sport and one where information is king, so make sure you are checking back closer to lineup lock to insure you aren’t missing out on what could be critical info.

I noticed other season long cheat sheets has the bye weeks by each player. Any chance you can add that to the ppr sheet?
    Thanks

  2. I have the second pick in an eight team PPR league. L. Bell, E. Elliott, D. Johnson or D. Hopkins will be there.
I also have to keep Kareem Hunt or Davante Adams before the draft starts.

Should I keep Hunt, since it’s very possible that Adams will be there as the seventh pick in the second round anyway, after all the elite WRs are picked?

Or should I keep Adams and hope a decent RB is available in the second round after drafting one of the above RBs?

Or should I keep Hunt and draft DeAndre Hopkins with my first pick?

    1. Keep hunt then follow the cheat sheet

    2. I like the last option

  3. Alex, Byron, Trashman, RW Nation I need help!
I have a keeper question and it’s been haunting me the entire off season this league is PPR I get two keepers and one is saved for Michael Thomas in the 14th round (thank god for the cheat sheet two years ago) but the other one is kicking my ass I have to choose between Le’Veon Bell 1.12 or OBJ at 3.12 I believe OBJ to be the value keeper here but I’m not sure what I’d be getting at 1.12 with everyone keeping two players. And there is a small chance that if I release OBJ back into the Wild I can get him at the 2.01 spot. Sorry for any and all confusion but thank you for any and all help!

    1. Its Lev Bell for roster parity. You can make that move because of the Michael Thomas.

    2. Keep Beckham. That value is too good. I would bet most guys won’t have a first round pick due to their keepers

    3. I’d keep bell and take the gamble

      1. Thanks trashman!

  4. Will you be updating the Offensive Line rankings sheet after the third preseason games for accuracy for new starters and injuries before week 1 nfl games?

My league is a 2 QB/super flex, .5 PPR, which cheat sheet should I use?

hey guys. Love the cheat sheet. My league went heavy at RB to I ended up pretty WR heavy following the sheet. I was just offered an intriguing trade IMO. He would trade me Jamaal Williams for my Julien Edelman. Obviously the sheet says stick with Edelman, but I’m wondering just how unbalanced does your team need to be to start valuing other positions higher and is mine at that point.

    My RBs are:
    J. Howard
    K. Drake
    C. J. Anderson
    N. Hines
    C. Ivory

    My WRs are:
    A. Brown
    D. Adams
    S. Watkins
    R. Cobb
    J. Edelman
    A. Miller
    C. Godwin
    T. Taylor
    C. Kirk

    1. Im fine moving edelman when you’re that deep

You need to own Kalen Ballage, with that roster.

picked him up! thanks for the tip and thanks to all three of ya’ll!

    3. we’d be fine making that trade – and we love your team, you will be fine.

  7. 12 team keeper league

.5 ppr and .5 per completion for QB

Won my league last year but with new members I have moved up in draft.

    Who should I keep?

    Leveon rd 1 (pick 11)
Todd gurley rd 2 (pick 14)
    Russell Wilson round 7

I’m thinking it’s got to be Gurley, but in years past I have never kept someone in such a high round, normally shoot for the upside guys in lower rounds. Although this year I did not end up with really any of those.

    1. Just got word that there is 2 newcomers so it will be:
      Leveon rd 1 pick 10
      Gurley round 2 pick 15
      Russell Wilson round 7?

  8. With 2 preseason games now done by the Steelers, do you see anything different with James Conner and Jaylen Samuels then your earlier article this year?

Have a draft tonight and was wondering, it is a superflex league, with points favorable for the qb, been in this league for three years now. Everyone usually drafts a qb in the first round, 12 teams 9-10 qbs off the board usually, is it crazy to go contrarian, and go with Todd Gurley, keeping in mind I have won this league 2-3 years

    1. With 12 teams and the goal is to have a qb in the superflex spot. If you can guess who can be the top 3 qb every year you make money in vegas. (Rodgers,Cam this year my pick) Take a look at the settings and see how the qb’s scored last year. Usually the 6 through 20 score extremely similar. With this in mind certainly isn’t crazy to go with a RB1 in the first round and Follow up with a WR1/RB1 as everyone has grabbed at least one qb. Then in the third or fourth go for a qb you think will be in the top 20. Then go for value and try to grab 2 more quarterbacks with value. The Superflex cheat sheet RosterWatch Pro provides really does all of this for you without a need for guesswork.

Not crazy, depending on where you pick in RD 2/3

Just finished my draft, tell me what you think

      QB: Marcus Mariota, Case Keenum
RB: Ezekiel Elliott, David Johnson, Alex Collins, Dion Lewis
WR: Davante Adams, T.Y. Hilton, Sammy Watkins, Emmanuel Sanders, Anthony Miller
      TE: Delanie Walker

The rest of the spots are filled in Free Agency, we only go 12 rounds deep

      1. That’s a friggin’ MONSTER!!!!
