RosterWatch Week 6 Matchup Tool Now Available

Welcome back.
This is a proprietary weekly tool provided by RosterWatch for our PRO community.
It is designed to be a decision-making tool for gauging the defensive opponents your fantasy players face. If you are new to this, our time-tested and most popular flagship in-season tool, the instructions for use couldn’t be simpler, and can be found below.
DO NOT RELY ON “FANTASY POINTS AGAINST” as your primary indicator for player matchups ever again. It is not an all-encompassing metric, as you’ll see, which will cause you heartache and struggle.
The rankings represented here are derived via a proprietary algorithm which takes into account not only traditional “fantasy points against” metrics (schedule-adjusted after 4 weeks of play), but also (and most importantly) weighted averages and medians of separate individual player and defensive-unit scouting grades for members of the 2025 unit that will be run-stopping, pass-rushing, or covering against the position in question, along with other analytic trends including projected game-script, game-flow/pace, sportsbook indicators, volume of total projected snaps and much, much, more.
…
INSTRUCTIONS:
To use the tool, think about your fantasy player.
Let’s say you roster Panthers WR Tetairoa McMillan and would like to see how he matches up against the defense he faces this week.
First, look down the list and find the Panthers (Tet’s team). You will see that the Panthers’ opponent (OPP) is the Dallas Cowboys in Week 6, and there are four color-coded cells in the horizontal columns marked “OPP vs. QBs,” “OPP vs. RBs,” “OPP vs. WRs” and “OPP vs. TEs.”
These are the OPPONENT’S (in this case the COWBOYS’) OFFICIAL ROSTERWATCH MATCHUP RANKINGS AGAINST THESE GIVEN POSITIONS.
They are not the rankings for the PANTHERS, but rather, for the OPPONENT THEY FACE IN THIS GIVEN WEEK (the THE COWBOYS). In the “OPP vs. WRs” cell for the Panthers, you’ll notice a big, blue ‘No. 1’. This means that McMillan and his fellow receivers face our best possible matchup for opposing WRs in Week 6 (the Cowboys). This is a great indicator for fantasy managers of McMillan. It is also a positive one for those thinking of rostering him in DFS contests.
Repeat the same process for other players on your roster as you are trying to break ties with closely ranked players regarding who to start and who to sit in season-long leagues. Also use it to identify which upside-plays to roster in DFS contests based on matchup.
With the launch of the online tool, you can now sort by any column: Vegas line, over/under, and matchup ranks vs. each position for easy reference. The Vegas lines are updated hourly for your reference and research. Please note that matchup ratings can change slightly through the week as lines and totals shift, or as injuries to key defensive personnel occur.
1 is the best (easiest) matchup, 32 is the worst (toughest).
COLOR-CODES
(you like blue matchups best)
BLUE: Best Matchups
LIGHT BLUE: Borderline Top Matchups
WHITE: Neutral Matchups
LIGHT RED: Borderline Bottom Matchups
RED: Worst Matchups

I would target Haskins or Vidal at 20-23 dollars each.
Unfortunately this was too late and I lost out on my bid for each because I only spend $10… wish I knew you would have bid more sooner …
Got Coker on my IR spot but going to have to drop one of the defenses this week or Franklin our defense gets 1 point per sack so they are a little more valuable
Who should I drop in order?
Franklin
Buffalo D currently has 29 points
Greenbay D currently has 23 points
Jax D currently has 69 points
My current Wr are
London
D adams
Jordan Addison
Pearsall
Franklin
Coker
if it’s an important league for D’s I would just drop franklin
12 team ppr 7 keepers I’m in 5th placr
I give up Malik Neighbors
I get Treveyon Henderson
Should i do this trade?
Gotta say RW the most important night of the week when waivers roll, and you guys go silent.
Yeah I was thinking the same thing … just some feedback from a Pro Member!
sorry, we do have the WWCS for that stuff, though. Also, all questions in pro threads are all always answered for sit starts, etc.
What is WWCS? Don’t recognize this acronym. Sorry
12-team, 0.5 PPR. I have two offers on the table from the same manager.
Send – Ashton Jeanty, Jacory Croskey-Merritt
Receive – Jahmyr Gibbs
or
Send – Jacory Croskey-Merritt
Receive – A.J. Brown
What’s a man to do? I lean A.J. Brown but Gibbs looks so tasty.
For additional insight I have:
RB – Jonathan Taylor, Ashton Jeanty, JCM, Tyrone Tracy, Kendre Miller
WR – Tet McMillan, George Pickens, Marvin Harrison Jr, Chris Olave
TE – Hunter Henry, Darren Waller
Man I really like the state of your current roster. You have good balance now that this could throw off a little, but with Tracy coming back, maybe you could do the AJB thing? My prefernce would actually be to see if you could get a bigger WR upgrade than AJB by packaging JCM with MHJ or Olave for a bigger name WR.
Thanks Alex. I’m going to take a risk on AJ Brown. It Tet turns into the player we think he can be, TreVeon takes over the backfield in NE, and AJ Brown becomes AJ Brown, this could be a league winning move. Even if two out of three of those things happen I’m in great shape.
