RosterWatch Week 9 Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet and Podcast Now Available

Building a championship-caliber fantasy roster requires basic weekly waiver-wire management. We’ve created the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet so that in a just a few minutes a week, our users can make the same expert waiver maneuvers we personally make in our own leagues, throughout the season.

Whether you play in a standard waiver-claim format, or in a free-agent bidding system – we’ve got you covered. Read the chart top to bottom, and use it like the Draft Cheat Sheet. It’s not mandatory to go after the very top pick up every single week – use some basic discretion. Insane value can be cultivated through the bottom of the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet over the course of the season.

All players listed on the WWCS are currently on the waiver wire in at least 50% of fantasy leagues across all major formats.

*Our advice is to recycle an average of 1-2 players per week from the bottom of your roster into hot waiver-wire pickups for the current week. This can be accomplished via waivers, or on the cheap as free-agent pickups post-waiver period .

    is Henry effectively out for the year? is there any point in holding on to him?

      If you don’t have an IR spot and are not undefeated you cannot hold on to him. He is out atleast 8 weeks which would mean he would only play after Fantasy playoffs are over.

    So interesting offer… get Henry for WR Mike Thomas… he’s current in my IR spot… have 2… would u make this trade… currently 6-2 and of course have no idea when Thomas is coming back… Henry then goes in IR spot currently being filled by Thomas… thoughts… definitely a gamble

    got killed at RB this week. lost henry and james robinson. have m sanders and jd mckissic on my bench.

    dropped Henry to pick up scott. was able to also pick up AP.

    for rest of year pollard, drake, and ty johnson are out on waivers. are any of those guys preferable over J.D. McKissic?

    Have 3 players on bye, lost Ruggs and picked up Mooney. Also picked up Adrian Peterson on the waiver. Now I have Noah Fant on COVIDReserve list. D. Arnold is on the waiver. Should I drop one of these to pick him up (Fant, AP, Sony Michel, or Miles Sanders) or roll with no TE this week. 12 team standard league, 4-4 record, highest points in the league so far. Rest of starters this week are J. Fields, Z. Elliot, m. Carter, D. Hopkins, D. Mooney, K. Toney, T. Bass, Patriots. Rest of bench Brady, Evans, Metcalf.
