The Garbage Grab: Week 13
The Garbage Grab: Week 13
Dorian ‘The Trashman” Colbert, Rosterwatch.com
For most of us this is a make or break week as far as playoffs are concerned. Make sure if you’re going to get trashy you do it right. These are our deep waiver weapons for this most serious of contests.
Justin Forsett RB, Texans: Ben Tate is back in the lineup, but he’s being eased in. So Forsett has exactly one more week to be a fantasy boon for you. His juicy match up against Tennessee is a a great week to go out on.
Charles Clay TE, Dolphins: Yeah he’s a longshot, but it’s week 13 and you gotta go big. He had a breakout game last week against Seattle with 84 yards and a touchdown, and has a chance to continue his solid play against a beatable Patriots defense.
Davone Bess WR, Dolphins: Miami will have to keep the ball in the air to have a chance against New England. I see Bess as the prime beneficiary.
Ryan Broyles WR, Lions: Titus Young Sr. may still be on the team, but it’s only a technicality. They’ve given up on him , and Broyles is the new number two. Still only owned in 22% of leagues, I like his chances against Indianapolis this week.
Bilal Powell RB, Jets: Powell has had 40 yards and at least one score in each of his last two games. I think he’ll make it three against Arizona.
Knowshon Moreno RB, Broncos: It’s obviousnow that Moreno is the back to own in Denver, but he’s still only owned in 18% of leagues. Make sure he’s not available in yours.
Rob Housler TE, Cardinals: Arizona quarterback Ryan Lindley loves him some Rob Housler, as evidenced by his eight catch 82 yard output last week. Housler should be the recipient of many pressured dump offs on behalf on Lindley.
Dwayne Harris WR, Cowboys: Miles Austin is questionable, and Harris is capable. He will get action regardless of Austin’s condition.
Tiquan Underwood WR, Buccaneers: I like every receiver not being covered by Champ Bailey in this game. Underwood led the team in targets with nine last week, so I like him even more.
