PRO Trashman’s 2018 Week 5 Flex Rankings: RB, WR, TE

Trashman HeaderOften times, there is nothing tougher (or more important) than deciding who your weekly flex-plays are. It can be a mind-numbing experience having to make cross-positional projections.

This season, our RosterWatch PRO community will have personal and exclusive access to our very own disgusting Trashman, who has carefully curated his personal weekly flex rankings in order to help you in gaining input about your roster decisions.

PLEASE Keep in mind, these are not our official RosterWatch Week 5 rankings, but we’ve learned over time to pay extra-special attention to what the Trashman might have up his filthy sleeve – and where he stacks up players against one another for the coming weekend’s slate cross-positionally.

Our OFFICIAL rankings page here on the site will continue to be updated through the day Saturday and Sunday morning as more information comes in and we become more comfortable with player slotting. In the meantime, have a look at how the Trashman sees the Week 5 slate shaking out – as his inputs to our formula are a key (albeit disgusting) component.

    Half PPR league Lineup question. Right now I have J Gordon and D Njoku in my lineup. Would you pickup either T. Taylor or ASJ to start in place of either? Also could stream Carr or Flacco over Luck tonight. What do you think?

    Standard scoring no Ppr. I have Evans, Cooks, Allen Robinson, and Edelman. I am thinking about packaging Evans and Alex Collins for Lev Bell. I have Gurley and Mixon as well so could roll with all 3 (flex) when Bell gets back. What do you think.

      you can’t get him for any cheaper than that? Maybe for AROB + Collins? The owner may be sucking wind and take less than you think is fair. It’s not a horrible idea in a vaccuum, but I’m going to try to acquire him for cheaper than that.

      If you think the Pats blow out IND, go Sony. If you think it stays close, go White. We have them ranked back to back so it really is a toss up. Maybe we’d break the tie by going with Michel as Edelman’s return could hurt White’s PPR upside. For Q2, go Thompson if Peterson is unavailable and otherwise your boy Bobby Woods!

    PPR – Question regarding Flex (W/R/T) and TE position.

    I have Jared Cook, Jordan Reed and Joe Mixon.

    Should I go Cook and Reed while the Bengals ease Mixon back in or should I play Mixon over Reed?

    Other RBs I have include Sony Michel (played), Chris Thompson (currently in), and Devonta Freeman (benched).
