Trashman’s Garbage Grab Bag: Week 15

Trashman’s Garbage Grab Bag: Week 15

Once again, I hope you don’t have to resort to the wire this week, but just in case….

Quarterback

Ryan Fitzpatrick, Dolphins: The Dolphins are playing the Giants, so first team to 50 wins. Fitzmagic should have plenty of fantasy value in this one with Devante Parker and Albert Wilson at his disposal.

Wide Receiver

Anthony Miller, Bears: Miller has been a target hound for the last few weeks, and he’s averaging almost 80 yards over his last 3 games. Green Bay is no slouch in defending receivers, but Miller isn’t your average Bear.

Danny Amendola, Lions: Amendola has 8 targets in back to back games, and he’s facing Tampa Bay this week. If there’s any game to take a chance on him, it’s this one… in PPR formats that is.

Chris Conley, Jaguars: D.J. Chark is out, making Conley Jacksonville’s go-to outside WR. Oakland shouldn’t prove to be too difficult to rack up yards against.

Breshad Perriman, Buccaneers: Mike Evans is out, so Perriman is in. He’s got big play ability too.

Runningback

Boston Scott, Eagles: There really isn’t much happening for low ownership RBs, but Scott is at least coming off the best game of his short career(128/1). Jordan Howard isn’t back, so Scott could see double digit touches again(10 last week) against a weak Redskins front.

Tight End

Ian Thomas, Panthers: Thomas only had fewer Panther targets(10) than Chrisitan McCaffrey last week, and Seattle is the 2nd best matchup for TEs in the league.

  1. 0.5ppr/Start 1: Devante Parker, Kenyan Drake or Miles Sanders?

    1. Post By The Flex Network

I would you roll with Sanders.

I’m at loss. Please pick one. PPR. Shepard, Boyd, drake, laird, Ian Thomas, d washington (4pm). If we get early news that Jacobs is out I’ll go d wash. But otherwise I probably need to pick one of the 1pm’ers. Thanks!

It’s looking like Jacobs is going to play. The safe play is Drake but I like the upside of a Laird against the NYG.

I need one of these three WR, Lockett, Slayton or Eldmann?

    1. Post By The Flex Network

Edelman is the only game in town and the Pats will want to prove a point against the Bengals. Lockett would be the second choice.

    ppr .flex….Boston Scott or Laird?

    1. Post By The Flex Network

I would roll Laird who isn’t in a timeshare but Scott is the more explosive play. Laird for floor but Scott for upside. I’ll as the team for a second opinion…

  5. PPR – Mixon or Miles Sanders?

    1. Post By The Flex Network

I would roll Sanders. Cincy game could get out of hand.

  6. PPR flex: miles sanders, tate, doyle, freeman, westbrook. Pick one. GO!

Dede could be sneaky good today. Freeman has a very tough matchup and could realistically get you only 8 points. Sanders is in a time share so the same risk. Westbrook is the 1 and could get 8 receptions today.

  7. T-BAGS 9-5, need some flex help, PPR, J. Brown (Buf), B. Scott, D. Washington? Plus Hooper or Higbee? Hooper should and has been my lock stock but what ya thinking? Thank you RW for getting me to a spot of strength this season!

    1. Post By The Flex Network

Jacobs likely in, so Washington is out. I like Boston Scott as the Pitt Secondary is suffocating which could hurt Brown. I worry that ATL could get shut down so you are banking on the TD for Hooper. I roll Higbee. I have Hooper in a league where I am planning to sit him for Ian Thomas. I’ll bring it up on the show…. Tune in if you can.

      1. Will be in the crowd listening on YouTube! Thanks as always!

  8. Totally cockamamie to think of starting Higbee in a PPR Flex over Slayton – I have Waller in my TE. Thanks.

    1. It’s not crazy but i hope you have upside elsewhere

  9. Winston, Tannehill or Murray PPR?

    1. Post By Kwillee@hotmail.com

      I am going Tannehill…

    Packers or Bucs DEF?

    1. I feel like the bucs have the most potential for points

  11. 12 team standard, where’s the love for Matt Ryan? Lol I’m not hearing or reading anything on him but right now I have him starting over Wentz.
Mayfield is on waivers should I pick him up and if I do who do I drop Ryan or Wentz?

  12. Post By Kwillee@hotmail.com

Non ppr….. Doyle, OJ or I Thomas at TE???

      1. Post By Kwillee@hotmail.com

        Doyle it is!!!

  13. Standard: Bills or 49ers?

  14. Standard:

    Landry or Mostert

  15. Trashman, you are on fire! Great choices and reasoning behind them. Thanks.

  16. Thanks Freebird, hopefully you were able to reap the benefits!
