Trashman’s Garbage Grab: Week 4
Trashman’s Garbage Grab: Week 4
It’s only Week 4, but there are plenty of injuries to account for in the NFL. These are my 35% and under owned waiver warriors to get you back on track in those larger leagues.
Quarterback
Eli Manning, Giants: The matchup is what counts here. Manning is going up against the Saints who are the best QB matchup in football right now. He’s coming off a 20 point Week 3 where he only threw 29 times. Expect him to score more in what should be a shootout.
Case Keenum, Broncos: Another matchup advantage here. Keenum faces the Chiefs who take it almost as well as the can give it. The Chiefs are going to score a lot, but they’re going to let you score a slew of points too. Keenum is a strong start in this division game.
Running Back
Ty Montgomery, Packers: Montgomery’s 10 touches led the Packers backfield last week, as did his 64 yards. If Randall Cobb sits, he’s a must flex.
Nyheim Hines, Colts: Hines has at least 5 receptions in 2 of 3 games this season, and actually led the Colts backfield in Week 3. Marlon Mack is still M.I.A and Jordan Wilkins is not the back many thought he was. Look for HInes to get an increase in opportunities.
Wide Receiver
Antonio Callaway, Browns: Baker Mayfield already loves the most talented WR on the Browns roster. Callaway had 10 targets in Week 3, including multiple shots downfield that just missed. Expect one or two of those deep throws to connect against the Raiders. If not for Callaway’s off-field daliences, he’d be a much lauded rookie prospect.
Christian Kirk, Cardinals: Kirk is in a similar situation to Callaway. He’s the big play WR for a rookie QB, so there will be growing pains, but the sky is the limit. Kirk is coming off an 8 catch, 90 yards Week 3 with Rosen.
Taywan Taylor, Titans: Taylor was already starting to come on, but now he gets an even wider lane to success with Rishard Matthews leaving the team this week. The only thing holding Taylor back is Mariota’s arm, which is no small issue. Still, he can be a major asset in the short passing game.
Willie Snead, Ravens: This is a PPR special. Snead is averaging over 10 FPG in PPR formats, and he gets the porous Steelers secondary in Week 4. He’ll continue to provide PPR value.
Tight End
Austin Hooper, Falcons: His floor is fairly low, but Hooper faces his best matchup of perhaps the entire season in the Bengals.
Dallas Goedert, Eagles: Goedert led the Eagles in receiving in Week 4(73 yards, 1 TD), and it’s apparent that Carson Wentz loves his TEs, especially when Alshon Jeffery isn’t around. Jeffery stands a chance of returning, but there will still be plenty of opportunity for Goedert

Corey Davis was dropped in my league. Have Julio, Agholor, Watkins, Enunwa, Callaway, M Goodwin. Would you drop any of these for him?
.5 ppr
I would probably drop Enunwa or Goodwin for Corey Davis.
Desperate for RB play (Mixon out; CMC & Chris Thompson bye) – who’s my best desperation pickup in PPR?
Hines, Wilkins, Jalen richard, Montgomery, Duke Johnson, Ito, or Smallwood?
Who to start Baker Mayfield or Andrew luck. 12team ppr. Also If i start bakee do i bench Hilton for calloway
Luck at home against a Texans suspect secondary, but Houston is dying for their first win of the season. I would probably still roll Luck out there.
Good luck.
RW team,
Have a dilemma on who to drop and for a te waiver pickup ( effiert or Hooper). Also any tips on starting line up, pretty much used your rankings to set it up.
Starting line up
Qb:cousins, wrs: em.sanders,Sam.watkins
Te:Jordan.reed on a bye
RBs:Gio and zeke flex: Hyde
Bench: G.allison, A.ekeler, Marq Goodwin, Corey Davis.
Thxs.
I would probably drop Eifert. But it’s close. Eifert seems to finally get some love but he’s burned me in the last with back injuries. Safer play may be Hooper since the Falcons offense is blossoming it seems. Good luck.
Again you cant go wrong with dropping Hooper either. Look at the rankings between the two first before making a decision.
Mr. Trashman…. Standard scoring QB question. Dalton or Flacco? Reason I ask is this league has long TD bonus and im starting J Brown at WR?
Two questions for RW Nation…
1. Pick 2 for Flex (0.5 PPR): Callaway, Kerryon, Boyd. Currently have Boyd and Kerryon.
2. Pick 1 for Flex (1 PPR): Boyd, Michel, Buck Allen, Amari, Marvin Jones? Thinking Michel.
Thanks!
Need one out of the three for my flex, K.Johnson, DT, or K.Cole in a full ppr? Thanks!

Would it be beneficial to pick up any of these guys off WW today:
R Jones
A Morris
R Penny
I would have to drop either A Callaway or M Williams.
My WR are Julio, JuJu, Watkins, Kupp, Callaway and Williams.
My RB are Howard, D Freeman, T Coleman, Karryon.
Thanks
Prob not if you have to drop those guys. You need to take two of your WR and trade them for a solid RB or something to the affect- in order to clear a roster space so you can make moves like this. Jones is decent pickup this morning, doesn’t look like you can afford to do it.
Great advice. Thanks for all your help.
Are we starting Keenan Allen with his injury situation? Reading that he’s expected to play. I’ve got him in two leagues. My other options are Josh Gordon or Jordy.
Start Allen
TN: ILuvBigTDs
Record2-1
Full PPR.
Need one WR. Nelson Agholor or Taylor Gabriel
Might gamble on Gabriel in this one w/ Miller out. Closer call than it should be. Conventional wisdom would be boring and roll out NA. Fair if you’ve cooled on him lately. I think the best thing I can tell you, is the Gabriel idea is not totally cockamamie or ill founded. Good luck
Great call on Gabriel Bryon! Great call by Trashman on Hines.
Cheers to a great Sunday RW Nation! Thank you guys!
I’m gonna play DraftKings tonight who would you choose as your team captain and give me a couple guys that are low percentage owned that you would start tonight and have potential for a big game
Prob Mahomes + Kelce
Lindsay
Sanders
Sutton
Prob also consider Sammy and Royce
KHunt is in play, if you roll a Keenum lineup (which we don’t hate either)
Guys… YUGE THANK YOU for ALL your info for Week #4!!!! I flat out kicked ASS….. Even though I didn’t win any money on Draft Kings or Fan duel, I still scored between 132 to 160 pts just not enough to cash. BUT in my season long leagues, Yahoo Team #1 Wentz’s World which was 0-3 heading into Week #4, I scored 157.30 and beat my opp by 70 pts. Yahoo Team #2, Hyde & Zeke which was 2-1 heading into Week #4, I scored 173.06 and i’m beating my opp by 99.78 pts BUT my opp still has 3 players (Hill, Sanders & Hunt) tonight playing but I feel pretty confident about winning. And my last team Q Anons, which heading into Week #4 was 1-2, I scored 250 pts with Mahomes & Hill left for tonight and my opp doesn’t have any players left! again a YUGE THANK YOU!
Haha, awesome. Thanks for your support Coach Vance. Keep plugging away, and you will eventually become dominant
Don’t worry Coach. I lost in CASH games on DK with 203 this week. Need to find a better spot to throw money away.
Meaning DK not RW lol.Rosterwatch is gold!
12 team full point ppr.
-Offered alshon for T.Y.
-He has luck. I have Wentz. Is it worth the switch long term?
Thanks
