It’s Week 7, and I’ve dug down deep for dumpster diamonds to polish and play. The WRs are particularly intriguing this week…
Quarterback
C.J. Beathard: Beathard is no special talent, but he’s got guts and isn’t afraid to throw the ball up. Averaging 20 FPG over his three starts, Baethard is going to have to air it out again this week to keep up with Jared Goff and the Rams.
Running Back
Raheem Mostert: Mostert was the surprise play over Alfred Morris last week, and the 49ers are likely to keep the tempo up against the Rams.
Frank Gore: Gore had 101 yards last week against the Bears, and he averaged 6.7 YPC in that contest. If you’re in a pinch, he’s a respectable play against the Lions in deeper formats .
LeGarrette Blount: Blount is hoping for TDs like last week, but no Theo Riddick helps his chances.
Wide Receiver
Albert Wilson: Wilson went bonkers against the Bears last week for 150+ yards and 2 TDs, and while I have little love Brock Osweiler, Wilson is a fine upside play in most formats.
Tyrell Williams: Williams has been feasting for L.A., but it’s on limited targets. With Melvin Gordon out now, Philip Rivers is going to go to the air, and Williams could be a prime beneficiary.
Jermaine Kearse: Kearse is the safety blanket for an emerging Sam Darnold, and Quincy Enunwa is out. If you can throw on the Vikings it’s over the middle, and that’s right where Kearse is playing.
Josh Reynolds: He’s filling in for Cooper Kupp, and that’s a large potential target share against the (probably) Richard Sherman-less 49ers.
Zay Jones: Jones has led the Bills in receiving this season, and now Derek Anderson is taking over the Bills offense, they might actually put up some yardage through the air. It’s a long shot, but it could be worth a shot in DFS tourneys.
Tight End
Dwayne Allen: Allen is taking over for an injured Rob Gronkowski, so there’s an outside chance for some TDs. Allen is a talented TE, so don’t be surprised if he puts up some decent numbers this week.

How far ekeler move up in ppr formats with Gordon out. I have him in all league’s. Do I play him over a Cohen or chub type? Thanks boyss

I have Cam/Dalton in one league and Rivers/Dalton in 3 others!

Yeah… I am going to roll with the upside of a shoot out and disregard all the bad prime time voodoo bad juju regarding Dalton… He overcame it earlier this season if I recall.

Very well we will roll with Cam in the one league. I had to go with Rivers in one as I did not have another option. The other two i am rolling with Dalton. What is amazing is the difference in scoring. The one league I started Rivers I got like 24pts. One league I didn’t his score is 45 with yardage bonuses on tds.

Not sure if risk-reward would pay off. Brees has a good and known floor.
Is there any planet you would start sweet Willie Snead over Starvin Marvin Jones Jr or Ty Hilton today??? I think some spiked my fruit loops this morning!!!
Are you thinking revenge game for Snead? I think I could get behind that over Marvin, but I’m lower on Jones than others.

I like Gore a little bit more than Agholor.
Ito Smith or Calvin Ridley in flex? PPR
I think the safer bet is Ito because of projected redzone touches.
It’s close, though.
Flacco or Watson ?
I personally like Flacco a little bit more because of matchups. Watson has been good at throwing INTs this season, but hard to ignore the legs. Watson’s ceiling is higher, but it comes with risk.

Trashman, are you moving Kerryon up in your rankings at all with Riddick being out? I have to decide between him and Yeldon. Half point ppr league.

I’ve Yeldon in all week, but I’m really considering Kerryon following the week off.

Dolphins have been killed in the last three weeks by RBs in the passing game.
I didnt see this answer in time, but I also went with Kerryon. They both ended up doing pretty great! Glad to see Kerryon used the way he should be….now if only Blount would fade away, KJ could reach his full potential.

Need help for a potential trade, I have WR K Allen, E Sanders, A Robinson, C Kirk, &Tre Smith. My RBs are A Kamara, Kerryon Johnson, D Cook, Phil Lindsay, I Crowell & M Breida. Potential Trade partner’s WRs A Thielen, A Brown, C Godwin, M Jones & JuJu, RBs are C Hyde, M Gordon, N Chubb & D Johnson Jr.
He wants K Johnson and wants to give me JuJu straight up, I am concern about RB depth Gordon, Lynch, Michel, Freeman, Fournette, Cook, McCoy, Powell, Bernard, Breida, Riddick all have injuries. I would like to give Johnson but get JuJu and Chubb. what do you think?

Going with Wentz over Watson help me win my match-up by .7 of a point. Whew …. even with Mixon only getting me 4 pts and Mack getting over 20 sitting on my bench.
I’m about to be 2-5 in a league devastated by underperforming RBs: A prior Mixon injury, Jordan howard, and lev bell. I got offered chris carson and john brown for bell, I feel like at this point I’ve got nothing to lose by accepting this. He does have drake so if this is a go, would drake offer the same or better upside to Carson for the rest of the season?
