PRO Trashman’s Week 8 Flex Rankings

Trashman HeaderOften times, there is nothing tougher (or more important) than deciding who your weekly flex-plays are. It can be a mind-numbing experience having to make cross-positional projections.

This season, our RosterWatch PRO community will have personal and exclusive access to our very own disgusting Trashman, who has carefully curated his personal weekly flex rankings in order to help you in gaining input about your roster decisions. Please refer to the Rankings tab for our staff positional rankings (these are updated throughout the day Thursday and through the weekend).

    FWIW I think they will try to get Hopkins a TD. I don’t believe in Pittman w/ AR at QB at this time. Keenan is a solid play this week – but I kind of like Tank Dell w/ a higher game total and less competition for target and similar quality of matchup.

    I think the 2 purest plays are Dell and Allen. Very close call- I might slightly lean taking a gamble on Dell , although Keenan might feel a touch safer if you have a hunch there.

    Assuming Daniels is not playing would you play Murry or pick up NIx-Herbert-Winston or Mariota ?
    And do you trust Harrison or would you you pivot to Tolbert or Kirk

      If I knew Pittman was 100% healthy I think I’d lean him, but if I was in that spot, I think I’d roll with McMillions and hope for the best.

    I’m still working on trade options to improve my WR after losing Evans and per Byron’s advice I did try targeting guys like Nico Collins, Marvin Harrison Jr., Malik Nabers, Davante Adams, Garrett Wilson, and DeVonta Smith, but haven’t had much luck. The owner with DeVonta Smith has only countered with the following:

    Offers:

    1. Etienne and Olave for Javonte Williams and Evans

    2. Etienne and Olave for Javonte + Evans OR Pacheco OR JSN

    I don’t think he’s willing to include Smith?

    Given my current lineup, which trade offer would you recommend pursuing, if any? Or should I hold out for a different offer? I’m also still hoping to try Javonte straight up for Marvin Harrison Jr., but that owner is a bit difficult!

    Here’s my team:

    QB: Darnold
    RB: Hall, Henry (B. Allen, Brooks*)
    WR: Waddle, JSN (Evans*, Odunze, Tillman)
    TE: Kraft (Hockenson*)
    Flex: Javonte Williams, Dowdle

    Good afternoon. Weird league. Single QB but forced to keep 2 on the roster due to position limits. I ended up with 3 since I had Tua on the IR. Coming time to drop 1. Thoughts on ROS. Kyler, Dak, Tua. Need to keep 2.

      WE have worthy literally one spot ahead of Lockett. Lockett is safer, but clearly Worthy has a lot of upside.
