PRO Week 1 Sit/Start Thread – Ask Your Questions to the RW Staff Here

We created this sit/start post exclusively for PRO members so we could make sure that we are dedicating all of our question-answering attention to your questions on Sunday mornings if you have tough decisions. If you have questions, please ask them below in the comments.

Please Note: we may not answer your question immediately as we have a lot of things up in the air heading into the games, but we will get to all of them before lineup lock for the 1pm EST games.

No Sit/Start YouTube Stream this year; we want to give our users here on RosterWatch.com all of our attention on Sunday morning. However, here is a short show from the Trashman from this week

    Santa Clara Substations 0-0 0.5ppr

    With Bowers out thankfully I didn’t drop Kelce for Black, unfortunately I was able to pick him up because Treveyon was Out lol.

    Started/starting CMC/Chase Brown and Devonta/GWilson

    Have Waddle and DJ Moore currently in my Flex. Had a lot of backups going the first couple of games so only have Jaylen Warren and Mike Washington left. I like Waddle Monday night so with Jeanty a full go, I guess it really comes down to Moore vs Warren. Shrug

      I personally have Dak ranked above Dart, but our consensus rankings have Dart one spot higher because Cody has him ranked at 3!! So I guess the official answer of the staff cumulatively is Dart but I’d personally go Dak. Not much help I know. I guess if you need just one answer I have to say Dart.

      If those are your best options at 330 you’re looking at a bunch of projections at 9-10 points, Fields even with Nabers projected in projects at like 5-6 points, and it would go up if Nabers was projected out to probably closer to 8, so you’re not really giving up a ton of projection to buy the time to see if Nabers goes. I would go with that — it’s a tough situation.

    I have both Love and Allgeier in a STD league (no PPR). I’m thinking even if Love starts they will be careful with him with a week of partial practices. So I am thinking about starting Allgeier even if Love plays. Am I overthinking?

      I think so to a degree, but your instincts could be right. I think I would start Love stubbornly UNLESS we get a report that he will be held back or they will take it easy on him, etc. However, I am more open to risk that many others. I think it’s probably OK to assume that maybe Allgeier has the safer floor this week with all the unknowns with Love. I’d assess where you are in your matchup coming into the game and what you need and take that into consideration as well. If you need more upside anyway, I think Love becomes easier to take the risk on. Tough spot, but that’s fantasy for you.

      what an impossible choice. They all project at 12-13 points, so I’ll just say the player with the highest projection across multiple sources and that’s Washington. Very little confidence in that advice. If you have a great feel for any of the other guys, they are all firmly in the same tier and you’d be fine to play them.

      If I’m picking between those guys, I’m spooked on Brooks until I see how the usage split is so I’d go KCC. This is a spot where I’d also think about picking up Malachi Fields and seeing if Nabers does indeed go and if not — just playing him. Best of luck whatever you choose!

        we have them ranked back to back with Judkins one spot ahead, but if you’re looking for upside, Judkins playing in a game with a 40 point total – more like 46 or 47 for Lloyd, so I’d say there’s more scoring upside in that game.
