NFL Comparison: Pierre Garcon, Rishard Matthews, Andre Holmes

We are 100 percent confident that Chris Moore can regularly beat nickel and dime cornerbacks in the NFL because saw it all week at the Senior Bowl. Against a good crop of DBs, Moore was open all week and caught everything that came his way (except his one target in the actual game).

He’s not the flashiest athlete, but his 40-times pass the eyeball test as he looks like a 4.5 guys when you scout him live on the field and on tape. Moore runs deceptively well, and his measurables are sneaky. Every time you watch him, you can’t figure out how he does it, but he constantly gets over the top of defenders. It all adds up when you assess his size and the scores he registered in explosive and agility drills. We love the agreement between the tape and the numbers.

Admittedly, we’d like to have seen him run a greater diversity of routes at Cincinnati, but this is not a huge concern for a player who will be drafted as a WR3. Teams are going to develop Moore, and again we saw him beat NFL caliber competition in an NFL style offense all week in Mobile.

Chris Moore is a favorite of RosterWatch and a member of the 2016 All-Senior Bowl Roster. He’s squarely on the dynasty radar – and possibly the re-draft radar – depending on which offense he lands in. Make sure and have yourself a quick look below at Moore taking projected RD1 CB William Jackson III to school in Cincy’s matchup against UH last season …
