  1. Not sure if anyone has mentioned it but on 2.0 version of the cheat sheet Joe Flacco and Doug Baldwin aren’t on the list. Baldwin could be intentional but I’d think Flacco would be on there. Appreciate the hard work, guys.

    1. bomishawg-

Thanks, yes Baldwin is an omission by design. We are going to add Flacco but he will be towards the very bottom anyways.

      Best of Luck!

Byron, looks like your link is broken. When I go to my profile and click download now, nothing happens. Fire your web guy and hire me, its what I do!

    1. Have you tried to dl recently?

      1. Post By yeagermeister

Trashman yeah I just tried. I logged out and back in, no dice. The url switches from my profile to this: https://rosterwatch.com/your-profile#accordion-1, but nothing downloads. I am gonna buy the pro subscription, but wanted to see v1 still.

        1. yeager-

Can you email support questions at Rosterwatch@gmail.com so I can make sure they are resolved immediately. I think the issue could be that you are using Google Chrome- that has given us a few issues with the download accordion- because you are on the right page.

Best suggestion- log out and log back in and try using FireFox or Safari. Please email us and let us know it’s working for you

Funny thing was i was using google chrome, however I paid for pro and went right in and downloaded it using Chrome.

  3. Have a 10 team non ppr league. No set draft until names are drawn out of a hat and picks position in draft order. I won last season picking 10th and will probably pick 10th again since I only have one lottery chip in the name pull. 10th place has 10… 1st has 1. If I do pick 10th and hill and demarco are still there do i go with them or two stud WRs?

    1. It depends on who is there. If a Megatron, Green, or Nelson is around then I’d probably take them. I’m grabbing Hill everywhere I can though.

  4. Is there any way you can take PayPal for payment option, I know they handel subscription options. I prefer that method. Besides with that strange man loving robot genius wandering around I loath to think what he might do with my cc info…. LOL!

    1. Maybe in the future minionhunter. our web dev swears by our current method, and he’s been using it safely for other businesses for quite some time now. rg would definitely use it for nefarious purposes, but he’s been less interested since josh gordon isn’t playing this season.

  5. What type of advice do you give someone in a ppr 12 person $150 budget 15 player auction. Any pointers are appreciated.

    1. I’d say use the PPR cheat sheet as a guide, but realize that after the top tier rbs and qbs, there is much value to be had in the mid rounds of the draft, especially for pass catching rbs. also, if you don’t get a rodgers or luck, wait til much later for a qb. there is a ton of value late.

  6. I have a 10 team standard league draft coming up.
The QB TD pass is opts and they get 5 points bonus if they have over 300 yards.
The RB and WR get a 5 point bonus for a 100 Point game and a 10 Point bonus for 200 yard game.
You are also able to get points for returns if you have a return man that also has a WR role.

My question is how do I adjust your rankings to get the most out of this scoring structure? Or… Is there something I need to be thinking about to get an edge?

I am drafting 4th. I am planning on getting an RB with the first pick and taking Julio, AJ, Jordy or Calvin in the 2nd. My idea is to get a big play WR like TY for my WR2 because he can have 100 or 200 yard games every now and again. That’s the way I see getting the edge.

    Any advice?

    1. Pass TD is 6 Pts

    2. rw, I would go with the standard sheet over the ppr as the ppr moves some guys up who may not be big play guys or yard after catch guys, but they catch a lot of balls. The biggest factors here are your qb and receivers, as they most often have return duties too. I would aim for qbs that are yardage guys, not game managers a la smith or tannehill. for this reason i might reach a little at qb in comparison to the sheet. for your wrs, i might differ from the sheet for your later picks to aim for guys who have return designation. gio bernard is a rb i might target as he’s been returning punts recently. I plan on putting together some big play guys in a piece later this week, so look out for that.

    RW crew,

In regards to the cheat sheet I know that you take the highest rated player left and if a tie choose who you like. Is it fair to say there is a +- of maybe 1 or 2? meaning yesterday I was doing some mocks and my pick came up and jeremy hill was still available but there was a wr about 1 or 2 higher than him left and based on cheat sheet I should have taken the wr. I didn’t bc I felt the value was even greater with hill vice the wr left.

So in such cases is it fair to assume a +- of 1 or 2 spots to select someone? I also find myself veering off the cheat sheet a bit more once get into the later rds of the draft. Just wondering your guys thoughts.

    1. I myself have come to that dilemma a few times in testing the sheet. I ceded to the sheet, and ended up getting the other player on my next pick often times, as it was on the turn or they just lasted another pick. Either way, due to the strange nature of some drafts you might deviate a bit. When in doubt though, the cheat sheet is reliable.

can i pay for services so you guys can pick live with me in my draft tonight? I will do it by twitter with you all!

How viable is the panther run game now with benjamin out? I know on twitter alex or byron mentioned a definite bump in value for olsen, just wondering about the run game because I was targeting jstew until he’s hurt and then I’d have his handcuff or some other backup. If I can get even a few weeks of where he left off last season would be nice regardless.

    1. What time is your draft? I don’t think the run game changes much with benjamin out. they were already planning to limit stewart to around 15 carries a game to avoid wearing him down.

      1. Post By yeagermeister

Draft is 830pm est, 530 pst. What time zone is the RW crew in?

          1. Post By yeagermeister

well would be awesome, but I am sure you all have much better things to do! I need to do some more mocking. I have had trouble as always when I get into the middle rounds say 6 or 7 and later until the very end when I always take a k and def.

      2. Post By yeagermeister

I have many money making ideas for the RW crew! Oh also I tweeted about a listener league. Is that going to happen, perhaps the winner if not RW, could get a free years subscription to RW pro?

      3. Post By yeagermeister

whats the running over/under on the week jstew goes down?

  9. Post By yeagermeister

Another question regarding how the cheat sheet plays into your draft. If as I do in my draft tonight you start 3 wr and 2 rb, should you deviate from the sheet much to fill wr’s first over rb’s?

    1. I wouldn’t. you could try using the ppr sheet as it value wrs a bit more. Sanders will get some of that JT/welker action, and we know Peyton’s arm isn’t getting any stronger which i think favors sanders and not thomas. We feel like Marshall is going to be a target hog in NY.

      1. Post By yeagermeister

thats a good point on sanders. I forgot welker left too and I agree on peyton getting more of an alex smith arm but with accuracy built in!

  10. Post By yeagermeister

also you have sanders pretty high for wr is that too high for the broncos who might seemingly run the ball alot and have a very shaky oline? I know j thomas is gone so those passes must go somewhere, just not sure if it will be sanders. I agree he was money last year in ppr.

  11. Post By yeagermeister

brandon marshall value higher with fitzmagic at qb? initially i wasn’t high on him but changed some when geno got ko’d. he is going to be the outside wr opp decker right?

  12. Post By yeagermeister

sorry so many ?’s. I downloaded the latest version of the ppr cheat sheet. I noticed you moved vereen a bit more ahead of jennings. I know jennings has health issues. I am wondering though if it’d be better to take ivory who isn’t much further down over vereen even in ppr since ivory will be more of an every down back. I know there is other competition on the jets, but the giants backfield seems like more of a mess or at least uncertain of roles and carries than with the jets backfield.

    1. you make a good point. Ivory might be a bit safer, but the Giant’s defense is terrible, and they project to be playing catch up a lot of the time. Ivory has strictly been a two down back in the past, and though that might change this season, it’s hard to bank on that until we see it.

      1. Post By yeagermeister

        excellent point!

  13. Post By yeagermeister

I also think woodhead should be moved up a bit, especially if gordon struggles in pass blocking. However since woodhead is typically the passing down back not sure that will come into play. in week 1 preseason might have been a glimpse that woodhead might be a slight td vulture near the goaline.

A few days ago I was doing a draft for a 10 team standard league using the cheat sheet with 3WRs and 2RBs and the WRs were going really fast so after following the cheat sheet I got Matt Forte 1st and Dez Bryant 2nd, but then took 3 consecutive RBs because the cheat sheet told me too. Finally in the sixth round the good WRs were being taken so I broke the rules and drafterd the highest wide receiver available. In the future, is it a good idea to deviate if I have already taken so many players in one position or next time should I follow the cheat sheet? My final roster looks like this:
QB – Cam Newton (this was before K. Benjamin was injured)
    WR – Dez Bryant
    WR – Brandon Marshall
    WR – Roddy White
    RB – Matt Forte
    RB – Mark Ingram
    TE – Austin Seferian-Jenkins
    K – Steven Hauschka
    DE – New York Jets

    Bench:
    Latavius Murray
    Jonathan Stewart
    Isiah Crowell
    Mike Wallace
    John Brown
    Breshad Perriman

Also, who do you recommend I start at my WR3 position Roddy White or someone else?
Sorry this is such a long post.

    1. yeah, the sheet was designed for 12 to 14 team leagues in particular, so I can see why you might want to deviate. The thing is, you now have so many bench pieces to make trade deals with. j stew, crowell and especially murray are going to come in handy. I think your roster looks stout as is. Cam is a running back who throws touchdowns. He had a down year in 2014, but prior to that he finished in the top 5 every season he was in the league, and that was with no Kelvin. I like White at three for the time being, until we see what roles your other guys have. We at least know that White has a consistent role, and that’s what you want out of a third wr.

so trashman I took some of your advice from the questions yesterday and used the cheat sheet to produce the team below. Maybe once or twice I deviated by 1-2 slots. So not in any particular order:
    qb: rivers
rb: leveon bell, gore, jstew, shane vereen, devonta freeman, woodhead, and d williams
wr: marshall, garcon, john brown, stevie johnson, randall cobb,
te: vernon Davis (gonna see how he does since he’s supposed to be more involved, if not dump him and stream)
k: parkey for now (may stream kickers all season)
def: jets (even with sheldon’s issues and recent injury to their secondary stillt hink they’ll be much improved and hopefully increase turnovers, plus week one matchup at home vs browns looks really good)

Your thoughts? Any add/drops you might make before or shortly after season starts? I got my eyes on karlos williams, artis payne, and few others.

    1. This is ppr right? If so, it’s stacked from top to bottom. Rivers was a top 10 qb last season, and could easily improve with johnson in the fold. at rb, I love the value freeman represents, as well as woodhead. i don’t hate davis like some. I think scheme kept him out of most games last season. At least three of your wrs could catch 80+ balls this season. Jets def is solid, I usually stream mine regardless. I might try picking up lance dunbar. Randle is worrying me with nagging injuries, and we know DMC can’t stay healthy. you have a very deep bench. at some point you might want to consolidate.

      1. Post By yeagermeister

yes ppr, start 2 rb, 3 wr, and flex. I agree on Rivers and people were wondering why i drafted him or hating on him. Got him in 10th rd, he was my target since training camp started soon as I heard johnson was on team doing well and they were moving allen around. I don’t know what to think or do about freeman honestly. I only picked him because at that pick I think I didn’t need or like the value at wr and he was highest left on the cheat sheet. I normally stream unless I have a def that is consistent. As far as picking up dunbar, I see him as pedestrian. I am looking at that undrafted guy Gus Johnson, just got some kind of hunch he will be the unknown that no one is really talking about. DMC needs to retire, and yeah Randle worries me whether it be injuries or stealing underwear. There was someone else I had my eye on, but name escapes me.

I don’t hate davis either. It was really a matter of attrition for me at TE. I wanted Olsen but was taken way to high for me. so after gronk, kelce, olsen and graham it was a grab bag and I figured no one will likely draft him so I just kept drafting other talent and I think davis was my third to last pick! But I agree with you analysis on Davis. Dude still had good number of endzone targets. I just always get screwed at TE so hopefully it changes this year.

  16. Im in a 0.5PPR league. Since the scoring is right in between a standard and full PPR, which draft sheet should I use?

    1. The standard should do you nicely. The ppr cs is skewed heavily to wrs.
