It may be premature, but I’m ready to call the Roy Williams experiment in Chicago a wash. Out of shape and underperforming, the former UT standout continues to drop the ball in every sense of the saying. This does not bode well when he also has a hungry Johnny Knox nipping at his heels. Considering Knox’s impressive play last season I was remissed to call him a sleeper coming into the preseason, and if you can manage to steal him as your third or fourth WR, consider yourself lucky. His arrow is pointing way up. Let someone else take a chance on Williams.
