When racehorses pull up lame, they get sent to the glue factory. Miles Austin has avoided a fate that grisly, but it’s close. According to Tony Grossi, Austin and his bum hamstrings are getting shipped to the factory of sadness.

Austin is years-removed from being a viable fantasy option, and should not be considered rosterable in virtually any league or scoring system unless it rewards muscle pulls and photo shoots. The Cleveland Browns, who did not draft a WR in 2014 knowing full-well that Josh Gordon had relapsed to turd-status, surely have other plans in mind for getting some weapons around Brian Hoyer, and eventually their QB of the future, Johnny Manziel.
