How would you feel about the following trade:
Alvin Kamara
For:
Josh Jacobs & Curtis Samuel
I want the Kamara side.
I proposed I’m the trade. He wants Chubb instead of Jacobs. I have Elliot, Jacobs and Chubb. Should I give him Chubb and Samuels?
starting to feel like too much although I do worry about Chubb’s usage staying the exact same once Hunt enters the equation. Tell him the original deal is your best offer.
Too rich. Kamara won’t necessarily be an improvement over Chubb.
Agree keep the principle in the offer to Jacobs, BUT I would up the ante somewhat on Samuel to get that done if I had to. Even if it’s “overpaying”.
Think about rolling out Zeke + Chubb + Kamara down the stretch. That’s what we are looking for. You would be very hard to stop.
I just offered Jacobs and Tyler Boyd for Kamara. Overpaying, but I agree the three down the stretch is worth it!
Did this work?
2 hour tradecast!! Great stuff, Byron!!
Just traded Michel/Sutton for Josh Jacobs in my 12tm PPR. Feel pretty good about that consolidation move and avoided some eventual week 10 bye issues. Think need to upgrade at WR now, though. Maybe I need to wait until next week once Rams guys are done with byes.
QB: Winston/Goff
RB: Fournette/Jacobs/David Johnson/Samuels/Gallman
WR: Godwin/Samuel/Woods
TE: Henry/Everett
Nice, like how you are thinking! See if you can find the Conner owner and take a WR2 off of him for Samuels + Samuel (lol)
Maybe there is something that can be done w/ David Johnson too for a WR. You’re right try this wk, and if necessary next wk may be a more opportune time.
Thank you for your support.
I just listened to the podcast. I flipped sutton and miles sanders for obj. My wrs now are Godwin Arob obj and amendola
Team: wentz cmc Freeman Godwin arob ertz obj Singletary mattison j Samuel’s amendola
Sick!!!
Right now i have juju, Cooper, crowder, watkins, kirk, AJ Green (if he comes back)and i just picked up tyrell off waivers somehow. My league mate has Fournette, Barkley, eckeler, and jacobs. He wants a wr for a RB. You think juju for jacobs will get it done?? Last week he offered eckeler for my juju but pulled the offer before i could accept it. Which I’m glad based on last week’s performances and Gordon screwing things up. If not that trade what else do you think would be a fair offer for eckeler or jacobs straight up?? Thanks you guys are the best.
Go Kirk or Watkins maybe throw in a crowder (or maybe even an AJ), or a super low end rb on your roster for Ekeler
Or, Tyrell straight up for Ekeler
Or, Would prefer to see you land Jacobs. Go JuJu straight up first. If you have to toss another flex on top I think you go for it and get Jacobs.
It’s a no go..he wants Cooper for jacobs straight up and that’s just cockamamey
Fantastic job on the Tradecast. This is pure gold for RW Nation.
A bunch of consolidation trades this week to load up my 5-3 squad for the home stretch and playoffs. First time all I year I’ll be able to be more aggressive on the wire to backfill that bench.
Made 3 deals this week with the end results as follows:
Traded: Juju, Sony, Sutton, Hunter Henry, and Boyd.
Received: Davante Adams, Mike Evans and Mattison.
For the stretch, I now have Mike Evans, Davante Adams, ARob, Dalvin, Derrick Henry, and Darren Waller.
Working towards that cartoonish squad you described.
Hell yeah! Love seeing a plan come together! Love watching you guys cook these up on your own!
I am 6-2 first in the league. My rb’s are Bell, Mack, Jacobs, J.Howard and just swooped Samuels. The Conner owner has Chubb. I offered him any RB and Samuels for Chubb yesterday. He didn’t take it originally but has circled the wagons with all the bad news and wants to do the deal with Bell and Samuels for Chubb. Should I jump?
Hell yeah you should! Live life! Give him Howard!!!!
Oops-sorry missed the end got so excited! Closer call- Chubb is the safer bet. Not a clear win, though once you climb that high. Not a bad deal, though!
Just want to thank y’all on behalf of Rosterwatch nation.
Immediately after listening to this weeks trade-cast, I was able to pull off a trade for Michael Thomas. The specifics were Thomas & Hyde for Keenan Allen and Derrick Henry.
I now have Thomas, D. Adams, and Lockett as my WR1,2 and Flex going down the stretch in my 12 man PPR. I’m currently 5-3 but hoping to surpass a few teams and make a strong playoff push.
Kick ass Dakstreet! Way to get the best player in the trade, hopefully you can scrape a win together this week, then go big with Thomas while this other guy takes the hit on Keenan and Derricks byes down the stretch. Assuming, Hyde is prob just a flex for you that can be replaced while he is on bye, next wk.
In any case, nice work on a good season so far- and a big hat tip for being aggressive and trying to take this mother****** all the way down!
12 team standard, I’m 5-3. A team who is 1-7 has Bell.
Is an offer of J. Jacobs and T. Boyd a good 2 for 1/consolidation trade?
Think that is prob too much for Bell. If you can do a lesser yet still good Rb off your bench than Jacobs that is fine
K, thanks, I’ll adjust it
12 team full PPR
would you trade Julian Edelman and Christian Kirk for Tyreek Hill
I’m first in the league, undefeated,
RBs are Leveon, D. Cook,
WR Julio Jones and C Kupp
This would take Kirk off my bench and Edelman out of my swing and put Hill in my swing
Paying a premium and Edelman has been great but I feel like Tyreek Hill is a nuclear weapon
Kirk already playing is a hiccup but I could take Kirk out and add John Brown as both have been bench stashes all year
Thoughts?
Flex not swing***
Yes prob so – if this means you are starting Jones, Kupp, and Hill together the rest of the way !
My trade offer. My Thielen and Galloday for his Michael Thomas.
My other receivers are Baby Chark, great waiver pick up from you guys. Edleman, M Williams, Marvin Jones.
So now your starters would be Thomas + Chark + Edelman? Yessir, we’ll take that vs going Chark + KG + Edelman every wk and having AT on our bench or having to make a sit start every wk b/t AT,JE,and DJC
Good work!
Hi RosterWatch nation , I’m big game hunting for D Adams. I originally offered Carson and G. Tate for Adams. He countered with Sanu and Adams for Carson and Kupp.
Is Carson and Keenan Allen a good counter back. Thank you for all the help. New to the site
No, your original offer was fair…. if you can’t get it done so be it– maybe try for Julio
And, thank you for your support! Welcome to RosterWatch Nation!
I countered back with Carson Tate and L. Jackson for his Julio Jones. ACCEPTED!!!
I now have Hopkins, Kupp, Allen and Dalvin Cook! QB R. Wilson
Brieda Ekeler Gallup
Thanks
