The RosterWatch Week 1 Player Prop Cheat Sheet Is Live

The first 5 plays of the 2025 NFL season are now live on the RosterWatch Player Prop Cheat Sheet for Week 1. Please note that we have gotten these props up early in hopes we can take advantage of good lines before they may shift closer to lineup lock. Please also note: some of these numbers may not be available later on in the week, so we’re going to make an effort to get a few of our favorites up earlier in the week in 2025, before projections could possibly shift when the sheet gets fully populated on Fridays in-season. It also will allow us to add in any TNF plays we are interested in.

The Player Prop Cheat Sheet is part of our $19.99/month plan for Premium membership. Premium members have access to all RosterWatch PRO fantasy tools and access, including the DFS Cheat Sheets and HyperDFS lineup generator, with the added benefit of the Player Prop Cheat Sheet and premium betting tools for sides and totals allowing you to see percentage of public bets versus the percentage of money on each game of the slate, the prop finder to find the best prop lines across books, and the game-by-game matchup widget to help you understand how teams match up from a sports-betting perspective.

Our Premium members interested in betting on player props or getting action on Pick’Em sites like UnderDog or PrizePicks had great success using the RosterWatch Player Prop Cheat Sheet when we rolled out the beta version in 2024. Over the course of the season, we went 182-120 with our picks, good for a 60.3% win rate, with 12 weeks hitting over 60% and 6 weeks over 70%.

Feel free to mix and match these recommended plays on Pick’Em sites for your various entries along with plays that you like, or to make the single bets as props at your favorite sportsbook. We will add plays onto the sheet through Friday when the final version is live, and in some cases, we may add plays during the weekend if opportunity arises.

  1. Good morning. Single QB league. Have Dak and Fields. Would you pick up Lawrence and drop Fields to take advantage of week 1 matchup or stay the course?

    Thanks

    1. we currently have Lawrence ranked ahead of both. I personally have Fields in one league and have been thinking about dropping him for Lawrence as well, but I am still on the fence I kind of want to see what the rushing looks like before I throw him to waivers because if he goes for 120-1 on the ground somehow in Week 1 I’ll want to jump off a bridge. It’s a tough spot.

  2. Good soldier in 10 team ppr. Followed my draft sheet. Waiting for QB, then realized the others not in a coma players had already picked two each.
How it happened is no longer important.
    I ended up with.
J McCarthy…someone has to pass to Jefferson.
Stroud….better than Bryce Young or Geno?

Best part both have a bye in week 6.

    Ride it out for awhile?

    Ty
    Ed

    1. I like Stroud best of all those guys this week!

  3. Full PPR, who would you guys rather have Braelon Allen or Ollie Gordon?
Kirk, Mooney, Downs or Addison pick 2
    Thank you

    1. like for the season? Addison is suspended until week 4?

      1. Yes ROS
        Thanks

        1. I think Braelon might get more immediate playing time but think Ollie could go bigger with an injury to Achane. If it’s a guy you can hold on your bench, you can’t go wrong with either, but I’d say Braelon is more the safe hold, OGIII higher upside.
I would want to hold onto Addison and Kirk of those 4 if I have to drop 2.

Thanks Alex, but I have one more question that I’ve been going back and fourth with. Murray is my QB and Drake Maye is on waivers and I just feel like he is going to have a big year. Would you drop any of the players I mentioned for Maye?

  4. Full PPR start 2 rbs, 3 WRs, 1 TE, 1 Flex.

Bijan, Bucky, Henderson are starting RBs. AJ Brown, JSN, Sutton starting WRs.

Need to drop 2 for a legal roster:
    Judkins
    Charbonet
    Ollie Gordon
    Allgeier
    Harvey
    Zay Flowers
    Golden
    Pearsall

    Thanks!

    1. Allgeier and Charb for me unless you are worried about Judkins, then I wouldn’t think it was terrible to drop him instead of Charb

      1. nice thanks Alex!

Short benches so worried there’s been no clarity on Judkins yet.

  5. Would you drop braelon allen for Judkins? 0.5PPR

    1. It’s obviously risky so I don’t want to suggest you to do it because you could get totally screwed, but I personally would.

  6. Already started Hampton and AJB (fortunately my opponent has Worthy) and already starting Bijan and Collins so need to need to start 1 RB and 1 Flex:

    PPR:

    Egbuka @ATL
    DJM vs MIN
    Hall vs PIT
    Etienne vs CAR
