PRO RosterWatch.com 2018 In-Season Content Schedule

alex bylineThanks to all the new members of the winning family we call RosterWatch Nation. Now that we have mostly finished with our drafts and are set to begin a new season, here is an overview of the content schedule you can expect on the site from week to week. I encourage you to use as many of the tools as you can in order to make the best personnel moves and sit/start decisions possible. Also, please note that Byron, the Trashman and I will, as always, be periodically monitoring the comments sections of the most recent posts on the ticker to answer all of your questions through the week (excluding the final hours leading up to kickoff on Sunday mornings as radio and other last-minute rankings-related responsibilities make that time extremely busy for us), so ask away.

Remember, some of these tools, such as the waiver wire cheat sheet and the waivers pod will not be available until Week 2. The TradeCast will start back up around Week 3 or 4. Otherwise, we’re now looking full-steam ahead to Week 1.

We thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts for your support and reader/viewer/listenership.     Proud member of RosterWatch Nation 3 years running! You guys are awesome and help me get in the $ every year. Drafting tomorrow, have the cheat sheet ready to go. Any advice on kickers or defense since they are not on the cheat sheet?

      Any kicker with a late bye week. Ravens defense goes against the Bills and Peterman week 1 and come cheaper then the Jags/Eagles/Rams. Bears are a good, cheap sleeper but play GB week 1.

      I would keep miller. Losing him would hurt you rb depth too much.

    If you are a Fournette owner, would you pick up TJ Yeldon because of Fournette’s injury risk? Would you drop Mahomes to pick him up? PPR league with 1 point/5 carries, and we have 2 WR, 2 RB spots and a flex. Also on the wire: Christian Kirk, Courtland Sutton, John Brown. Any of those worth dropping Mahomes in this format? It doesn’t value WRs as much as normal, IMO.

      I rarely carry handcuffs unless they’re high efficiency yield guys who will be bellcows. yeldon would likely split time with corey grant, so i’m not to bullish on him. kirk and brown should be owned, in that order. mahomes has arguably the toughest schedule in the league, so that doesn’t help his chances as a rookie. be prepared to pull the trigger.

    Hi, I am in a 10 player .5 ppr league and someone offered me a trade of jay ajayi, lesaun McCoy, and ty hilton for Saquon Barkley. I would probably drop kelvin benjamin and LeGarrette Blount. I would likely be starting all 3 with Hilton in my flex if I made this trade.. should I take it?

      that’s tough. there’ still a chance mccoy gets suspended at some point. i would do whatever makes your starting lineup strongest. in a 10 teamer, there will always be players on the waiver wire to add depth.

    My team name is Lick My Gronk.

    I’ve got a weird feeling about my draft tonight (in a competitive, trash-talking, decent prize money league). 10 team league, PPR and I pick 4th overall. I have a feeling that Bell will drop under Gurley, Johnson and Elliott and I’m torn. Am I a total donkey if I don’t take Bell? Am I nuts for feeling odd about it? If Bell doesn’t drop, problem solved but I’m curious what you think. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for everything!
