RosterWatch Week 10 Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet and Podcast Now Available
Building a championship-caliber fantasy roster requires basic weekly waiver-wire management. We’ve created the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet so that in a just a few minutes a week, our users can make the same expert waiver maneuvers we personally make in our own leagues, throughout the season.
PODCAST —- PRO MEMBERS CAN FIND THE WAIVER WIRE PODCAST HERE IN THE PRO PODCAST DOWNLOADS SECTION. It usually will be up by Tuesday afternoon. Listen to the PRO podcast as a supplement to the sheet as you’re setting waiver claims for additional insight.
Whether you play in a standard waiver-claim format, or in a free-agent bidding system – we’ve got you covered. Read the chart top to bottom, and use it like the Draft Cheat Sheet. It’s not mandatory to go after the very top pick up every single week – use some basic discretion. Insane value can be cultivated through the bottom of the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet over the course of the season.
All players listed on the WWCS are currently on the waiver wire in at least 50% of fantasy leagues across all major formats.
*Our advice is to recycle an average of 1-2 players per week from the bottom of your roster into hot waiver-wire pickups for the current week. This can be accomplished via waivers, or on the cheap as free-agent pickups post-waiver period .

I would. There shouldn’t be a better target on waivers the rest of the year. Look at the other teams available faab to see if you could get away with out bidding them instead of spending it all.

I was wondering/hoping you guys might be able to add the teams “implied team total” to the matchup tool to help make line up desicions and with DFS. I hear Alex talk about those numbers every Sunday morning but have no idea where to find those numbers. Thanks.
Noted for possible future versions. Pretty happy w/ current version for now. Implied totals are baked into the other tools
Implied total can be configured by the odds on game total + or – the line on any online site. 50 game total with Chargers as -10 favorites would be 30. 50/2+10/5=30.
Do 50-30 and get a total of 20 for the underdog team.

In a 14-team, 1-point PPR league, with Justin Tucker on BYE this week . . . do I cut Tucker to pick up a decent kicker? Or do I cut Derrick Henry, my 5th RB on my depth chart?
Either is fine. I’d have to check Tucker’s game log. Dropping Henry is fine if you prefer keeping Tucker. We rarely if ever roster 2 kickers

Is DJ Moore too high owned to be on here? I just dropped him and although love his talent think this are too many mouths to feed. Is it worth trying to pick him back up for Sterling Shepard?
Frustrated with a tough 2 point loss and looking to make a bold move. Would you trade my Georgia Bulldog Backfield (Michel and Chubb) for Kamara? That would leave with me Saquan and Mixon plus Kamara. Or, would you try and do Julio and Chubb or Michel for Kamara. Or, lol, am I over thinking this and just on tilt because the Titans could’t give Henry a few more carries (bye week hell).

I might do it for Kittle and Collins or NJoku and Lewis. you could offer stafford too.
Standard league non ppr. Have been offered trade to receive E. Sanders and I give up M. Mack and T. Boyd. First thought is it’s not a fair trade in terms of value but looking to shore up my depth at wr heading into playoffs. My other RBs are Gurley, Gordon,K. Johnson. Should I pull the trigger?

As much as I’d like to trade for AB, a deal wouldn’t process in time since he plays on TNF but would you make either of the deals above and if not what type of counter offer would you make? Part of me thinks I can maybe get more for Howard elsewhere but patiently waiting the TRADECAST since trade deadline is November 10th.
You should only be interested in AB and Mahomes. Never do deals by text, it’s how you get left at the alter. Always tell them to send the trade and you’ll look it over. Never tell them yes over text, always wait until sent.
Yes- I’d do that deal for Mahomes (Howard + Big Ben).

I was offered Diggs & Ridley for my Edelman in PPR. I have to accept this, right? (Assuming I have enough WR depth to hold me over during Diggs’ bye this week)

That’s probably fine. Like Edelman quite a bit in PPR, ROS. It’s a close call because you have some depth at WR. You def have to be considering who helps you win the most this week, and who gives you the best starting lineup down the stretch.
In terms of value, this is a solid offer- however you may be shifting your player equity in the wrong direction and diluting your starting lineup for depth. If you determine Diggs and Edelman are basically even value ROS, then I would suggest doing it to add Ridley to your roster as a form of arbitrage.
Trust Edelman a lot on a weekly basis right now. Diggs obv very nice player who sees plenty of targets big picture.
Thanks Byron, sounds like gun to your head, you might trust Edelman week to week just ever so slightly over Diggs – definitely need to win as much as possible at 5-4.
I’ve had two guys in my league drop Njoku and Allen Robinson. TE and WR are weak positions for me this year, would either one (or both) be worth adding? Guys for me to drop would be Jordan Reed, Elijah McGuire, Eric Ebron. Also have Lockett and Mark Ingram
