RosterWatch Week 14 Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet Now Available

Byron BylineBuilding a championship-caliber fantasy roster requires basic weekly waiver-wire management. We’ve created the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet so that in a just a few minutes a week, our users can make the same expert waiver maneuvers we personally make in our own leagues, throughout the season.

Whether you play in a standard waiver-claim format, or in a free-agent bidding system – we’ve got you covered. Read the chart top to bottom, and use it like the Draft Cheat Sheet. It’s not mandatory to go after the very top pick up every single week – use some basic discretion. Insane value can be cultivated through the bottom of the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet over the course of the season.

All players listed on the WWCS are currently on the waiver wire in at least 50% of fantasy leagues across all major formats.

*Our advice is to recycle an average of 1-2 players per week from the bottom of your roster into hot waiver-wire pickups for the current week. This can be accomplished via waivers, or on the cheap as free-agent pickups post-waiver period .

    Thoughts on Cameron Brate now that Winston is back, I’m stuck with Olsen and that goopy VD in Washington.

      All are hit and miss. Would play the matchup- break a tie by rolling w/ stud Olsen.

      I don’t think Allen has injury concerns. The two that he’s had in the past two years were honestly pretty freakish. He’s been available all year and has an extremely high target count.

      I think Allen has the lightly better upside, especially with how much distribution the Saints do in the passing game.

      agree- really tough call- generally hate these trades. In Dynasty- Rivers prob has more time left than Brees- therefore I feel more comfortable w/ Allen

      I don’t think it’s crazy, but it’s always a tough decision when you want to sit your studs. It feels great if it pays off nicely, but you look like the donkey when it doesn’t :(.

      Coleman does have a short week, and with a reduced role, it would be hard for me to endorse starting him over Evans. I’m out of the playoffs as an Evans owner, and the times that I’ve sat him thinking I’m doing the smart thing by avoiding the tough matchup, I was spurned.

    11-1 on the season our playoffs started last week. its set up where four teams make it in first round is week 13-14 total points and final round is week 15-16 total points.

    should I start drew brees over jared goff this week?

    I have Ertz as my tight end and picked up Julius Thomas and Trey Burton if Ertz isn’t healthy isn’t healthy who would you recommend?

    WR need 2 Tate, Stills, Cooper?, Funchess or Watkins….

    I have bell and Mccaffery at my RB with Rexington Burkhead as my flex…

      Check our rankings and the matchup tool – will be close between JT and TB if ZE sits. We like both options, quite a bit as deep options.

      Prob Coop and Watkins (if Robert Woods sits). Tate depends on Stafford’s status with the hand.

    Just wanted to shout out mad props to RosterWatch. My third year as a Pro subscriber and all I can say is, four leagues, four playoff teams, two 1st place finishes by record, two 2nds by record, three 1sts in total points, and finished 2nd in total points in the fourth league by only -18.

    Hey Guys-

    Would you rather play A. Morris or S. Perine?

    Cousins has done me right most of the season and his floor is pretty high throwing out Seattle and Dallas both times. Should i even be considering starting the likes of Winston? Hate making a move like this in the playoffs, but it’s a tough matchup against the chargers and the wash O line is in a bigger mess every week. Wash dropped passes, etc

    Why do you have Stephen Anderson ranked so low this week? he had 12 targets last week, but did only catch 5 of those. that’s a lot of attention though. and i see a bunch of guys way above him like ASJ at #8 that i don’t think you’d recommend playing.

    Also, where would you rank Trey Burton if Ertz can’t play?
