RWi RosterWatch Week 4 Touchdown Dependency Tools: RB, WR
With three weeks of statistical hay in the barn, it’s time to unroll one of our longest-standing metrics – Touchdown Dependency. Generally speaking, we prefer less touchdown dependent players. Their outputs are more predictable, and they are more reliable relative to their current average production than overly touchdown dependent players. They are also more likely to continue producing at their current levels over the long run.
Here are the Week 4 Touchdown Dependency metrics, and whole bunch of other interesting data, for the top 50 RB and WR on the season:

Would you guys make any changes to this starting lineup or overall roster? I’m facing my biggest rival this week and I’m projected to lose by like 20! I recently just had to drop Vereen in order to pick up a DEF and I’d love to pick up and start Carr this week instead of rolling with Rivers but I don’t have the room!
FAs:
QB: Carr, Smith, Bridgewater, Bortles, Winston, Fitz, Stafford
RB: Vereen, R. Jennings, A. Andrews, Blue, Duke Johnson, T. Mason, Sims, Riddick, Bell, Powell
WR: R. White, Hurns, Shorts, Royal, Malcolm Floyd, Green-Beckham, Agholor, Perriman, Michael Floyd, Britt, Ginn, R. Randle, D. Parker
We’d replace Stevie with Marvin
Understand wanting to start Carr- depends on how much ur willing to drop Adams, Spiller, Ellington etc–however we do expect a sneak bounce back from Rivers this wk. Our only concern with him this week is the condition of his OL. So what we’re saying is- if u can make a drop an play Carr it’s nice- but don’t see it as a necessity.
Trade away Karlos Williams for Brandon Marshall? I feel like i should have accepted already.
Depends to some extent your roster needs and starting lineup parameters but in a vacuum, yes, as much as we love Karlos- we believe you have to accept that. We love Marshall as well and his long-term role for this season is clearer than Williams. Solid offer.
Which defense out of Colts, Raiders, Falcons, Chargers, or Browns.
I need 2 full ppr: Percy harvin, Gio Bernard Lance dunbar, Matt jones, Jeremy Hill, doug baldwin. Thanks for the help!!!!
DEF = Falcons then Raiders (gotta watch for Cutler and Foster status here)
Gio + Percy
Would you drop Rivers for Bradford? Would you pick up Agholor but would have to drop Steve Johnson, Ivory, or Martin? I think not for both questions, but would like confirmation.
No we would not- keep Rivers. Would only consider dropping Martin for Agholor- depends on the rest of your current roster
Current WR: cooper, Hopkins, Bryant, Stevie Johnson. Current RB: Peterson, Ingram, K.Williams, McCoy,Ivory, Martin. So drop one of these for Agholor?
i’m not dropping one of those for agho yet
I am in a 12 team PPR. We have a big bench and limited waiver wire opportunities to emphasize the draft and trading. I am 3rd in scoring through week 3 but am 1-2. Everyone seems to blow up against me. Confident I had a good draft and would like to know if I should seek to trade or stand pat. Here is my team.
QB: Big Ben, Tannehill, Vick
RB: Ivory, Forsett, Karlos Williams, Duke Johnson, Spiller, Antonio Andrews, Bilal Powell
WR: A. Brown, Cooks, Stevie Johnson, Crabtree, Hurns, Ginn Jr,
TE: Kelce, Gates
K:Crosby
Defense: Phili, Indy
also needing a flex this week. started brown, crabtree, cooks K. Williams, Forsett
