Byron BylineBuilding a championship-caliber fantasy roster requires basic weekly waiver-wire management. We’ve created the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet so that in a just a few minutes a week, our users can make the same expert waiver maneuvers we personally make in our own leagues, throughout the season.

PODCAST —- PRO MEMBERS CAN FIND THE WAIVER WIRE PODCAST HERE IN THE PRO PODCAST DOWNLOADS SECTION. It usually will be up by Tuesday afternoon. Listen to the PRO podcast as a supplement to the sheet as you’re setting waiver claims for additional insight.

Whether you play in a standard waiver-claim format, or in a free-agent bidding system – we’ve got you covered. Read the chart top to bottom, and use it like the Draft Cheat Sheet. It’s not mandatory to go after the very top pick up every single week – use some basic discretion. Insane value can be cultivated through the bottom of the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet over the course of the season.

All players listed on the WWCS are currently on the waiver wire in at least 50% of fantasy leagues across all major formats.

*Our advice is to recycle an average of 1-2 players per week from the bottom of your roster into hot waiver-wire pickups for the current week. This can be accomplished via waivers, or on the cheap as free-agent pickups post-waiver period .

    Standard scoring, 3-4 record and looking for near-term value picks on waivers (I have the 2nd pick). My RB/WR players are Fournette/K Johnson/Collins/Hyde/C Clement and K Allen/JuJu/Hilton/Kupp/M Goodwin/Ridley. I have Kittle & Njoku so thinking about dropping Njoku and either Clement or possibly Goodwin or Ridley for better upgrades. I’m the 2nd waiver order.

    Players dropped for bye week or available are:
    Baldwin/C Thompson/A Cooper/J Richard/D Martin/T. Williams/C Ivory

    Seems obvious to grab Baldwin. I’m also leaning towards J Richard or Thompson if not Doug. Do you agree with my drops and waiver picks? Any feedback is welcome!

    10 team PPR. I am in third to last place and need to change whatever I’m doing wrong.
    The Bell owner in our league has Michel, Powell, and Marshawn, so he needs RBs. I am thinking about offering him Kerryon for Bell and take the chance Bell returns.

    12 team. PPR. This team was the dominant team for a while, but I’ve lost some big hitters recently in Dez and Demarco. There is a team that is so good if I read you his roster you wouldn’t believe me, but he owns Melvin Gordon and needs a TE.

      Burton looks to be in a great situation moving forward. Can you draft a player in the late first that is equal to Burton? Giving up an early second and getting another late first in return is almost a wash.

    So with Keenan Allen on bye and Kupp still out, I’ve targeted a 2-5 team who I think could use some of my RB depth. He’s got Lynch on IR, and Coleman and Lewis on bye so who would you go after WR-wise? Is Howard and Drake too much of a low ball for OBJ? He is also has Hooper on bye so maybe he’ll be interested in RSJ, but doubt it since Watson is on waivers… Any ideas would help immensely!

    So after the waiver wire fallout this morning, 2 of the teams in one of my leagues dropped Dalvin Cook and Calvin Ridley…Am I missing something here? I know that they are not studs and have not panned out this year yet, but I think that they are worth bench stashes to use during bye weeks, fill ins for injuries, and their upside potential. Most importantly, I think that they both can make my team better. I currently sit at 5-2 and am beginning to get prepared for the playoffs. These are the waivers that I am thinking of putting in today for them.

    2 player keeper league (1sr&2nd rounds) I got zeke, Hunt, mixon, Ingram, kerryon Johnson, kelce, and ty. Dude offers me obj, breida and a 6th rounder for next year. For Hunt. Streaming a second WR most weeks. Sitting 4-3 and leading in points so not in an awful spot. If you wouldn’t do it would you for a higher pick?
