RosterWatch Week 9 Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet Now Available

Byron BylineBuilding a championship-caliber fantasy roster requires basic weekly waiver-wire management. We’ve created the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet so that in a just a few minutes a week, our users can make the same expert waiver maneuvers we personally make in our own leagues, throughout the season.

PODCAST —- PRO MEMBERS CAN FIND THE WAIVER WIRE PODCAST HERE IN THE PODCAST SECTION AS SOON AS IT GETS POSTED (usually around 4:00pm central on Tuesdays in-season. You can also find it on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, or anywhere podcasts are found. You can also simply watch it below on YouTube. Listen to the podcast as a supplement to the sheet as you’re setting waiver claims for additional insight, the pod does not give the exact order and/or tiers of the sheet so do not consider it a substitute for using the sheet.

Whether you play in a standard waiver-claim format, or in a free-agent bidding system – we’ve got you covered. Read the chart top to bottom, and use it like the Draft Cheat Sheet. It’s not mandatory to go after the very top pick up every single week – use some basic discretion. Insane value can be cultivated through the bottom of the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet over the course of the season.

All players listed on the WWCS are currently on the waiver wire in at least 50% of fantasy leagues across all major formats.

*Our advice is to recycle an average of 1-2 players per week from the bottom of your roster into hot waiver-wire pickups for the current week. This can be accomplished via waivers, or on the cheap as free-agent pickups post-waiver period .

    .5 ppr keeper league question.

    I dont have a shot at the playoffs.

    Currently keepers are Julio/Hopkins/Lamar.
    Dobbins hopefully can play himself into it.
    Montgomery and Andrews other notable players.

    I’ll be in the losers bracket which the winner gets the #1 pick

    Heres the trade proposal.

    I receive Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams and Will Fuller

    I trade Hopkins and Gaskin. Do i make this deal mostly for next year while trying to win the #1 pick

      Only if you plan on playing whoever you pickup. The exception might be Harris, I might drop GB for him no matter what

      I’d try to keep Adams here and work on another way to improve RB. I think you can play DJ and ZM right now. Rojo is just a flex but can be played if necessary. Or, this person needs to give you a WR better than Chark. Also, swapping Hockenson and Fant is somewhat marginal- I’d prob try to remove that piece of the deal- and do Adams for JJ + a better WR than Chark.

      Again, I’d prob try some other things first though- find a buy low RB on a losing team and send them two of your players.

    Can’t remember how long I’ve been a PRO member but need help from the experts with this team which I thought was stacked!

    I already dropped Wentz, T. Coleman and Kittle after losing by 11 this week and falling to third in a tight battle for playoff positioning so I need help bouncing back and getting this squad right for a strong push. I have TWO open roster spots and I have #3 waiver so is Hunter Henry my priority here and then followed by Big Ben or Stafford? I can also try to add Jeudy, Harris or someone else but not sure who else to drop? Please advise.

      I think you’ve got it Renourka- Henry hasn’t been great but tied to Herbert pretty clearly better ROS than those guys- pick him up start him every wk- his bye is in the rear view mirror. Yeah, I think you should try to make your best QB pickup next. Those are some solid flex options on your wire- buy your are so deep they are tough to prioritize over a completing your roster w/ the best players avail.

      However, I would probably drop John Brown for Jerry Jeudy!

    Was offered Singletary and Michael Thomas for my Joe Mixon. I’m still in win-now mode.

    Strong upgrade if Thomas is 100 percent for ROS, but that’s no guarantee. Also leaves me quite weak at RB.
