  1. Loving all the content – top notch as always!

Would greatly appreciate any thoughts and advice on the following!

I’m coming off of a championship in ‘22. However, in general, my roster is quickly aging, and I lack substantial draft capital in ‘24 & ‘25. There are also 2-3 teams as good or better than mine.

    I recently traded away Saquon and J. Ferguson for D. Swift, S. Moore, ‘25 2nd, ‘26 1st and ‘26 2nd.

Should I be looking to retool and go for another run, or go into a rebuild?

What kind of return (picks or players) should I expect for the following players?
    D. Henry…
    D. Cook…
    K. Allen…
    M. Thomas…
    A. Thielan…
    G. Smith…

What do you think is a reasonable price to pay for the following players?
    E. Moore…
    G. Pickens…
    A. Mattison…
    R. White…

  2. That’s a lot of questions lol. I’ll answer a few –

I think your thinking is right, you’re going to have to re-tool a little if looking to the mid-near-term

Derrick Henry should get you a 2024 1st from a contender

Now is not the time to shop Dalvin, wait til he goes to an exciting spot

    Keenan Allen – 2024 2nd + a gamble-type of throw in young player

You’re not going to get much for the rest of those guys.

Recently saw Elijah Moore and a 1 traded for Alexander Mattison + a throw in, so that’s what I’d expect for them.

If you have questions about specific transactions you are considering, we’d probably be a little more useful to answer those, but in general, those are some overall thoughts on your situation.

    1. Thank you! Appreciate all the great work you all do!
