These are the players you should buy low on in Week 8, and the players you should ship off for anything you may be able to get for them, even if there values are currently in the dumpster as well.

Buy Low

Alfred Morris RB, Washington Redskins: Morris owners are freaking out after the monster game from Roy Helu JR. on Sunday. I have to admit it’s kind of disheartening to see Helu take all the rushing touchdowns against the Bears, but it was more or less by chance. Helu stays in Washington’s uptempo “Turbo” set no matter where on the field they are at the time. Because of the high scoring affair, Helu was on the field quite a bit. Don’t lose faith though. Morris is still the starter and will see the bulk of carries. Take him off of a worrisome owner’s hands.

DeAngelo Williams RB, Carolina Panthers: With the news that Jonathan Stewart is returning, Williams owners, much like Morris owners, are scared that Williams will lose what value he has. This is not entirely true. Stewart may lessen the number of carries Williams gets a bit, but Mike Tolbert is already the goal line back so Stewart can’t hurt him anymore than Tolbert already has. The Panthers will stay the course with Williams, as they are on a winning streak and don’t see the point in rocking the boat. This is not to say that Williams will put up RB2 numbers, but he will be a decent flex play most weeks. You can get him for dirt cheap right now.

Alshon Jeffery WR, Chicago Bears: Jeffery will undoubtedly take a small hit now that Jay Cutler is sidelined, but last time I checked he’s still 6’3” and can wrangle end-zone passes like few others. He’s a player worth taking chances on because of his TD likelihood.

Tom Brady QB, New England Patriots: This could be your last chance to grab Brady before his offense is at full speed for the first time this year. With Danny Amendola’s return imminent, Brady will now have all the pieces necessary to put up mind-blowing numbers on a regular basis. It will be a short game, but it will be effective.

Danny Amendola WR, New England Patriots: Speaking of Patriots, Amendola has been a nightmare for fantasy owners this season with injury after injury keeping him out of games. Owners will be glad to get him off their hands for the right price. He’s still an injury threat, but Amendola will help win you fantasy weeks while he’s playing. If you’re looking to shake up your roster, there are few better bets to improve your squad.

James Jones WR, Green Bay Packers:  Jones won’t be back this week, and that’s not what his owners want to hear, especially if they are 3-4 or worse. This week will make or break a lot of people’s seasons, at least in their minds, so it’s a good time to go after Jones. Offer someone who can get them a win now, and take on a guy who will help  you win in the playoffs. This move is for winning records only.

Sell Low

Jacquizz Rodgers RB, Atlanta Falcons: Alright, the gig is just about up. Steven Jackson is knocking on the door, and Rodgers’ every-week usefulness is about to run out. He should actually get a reasonable number of carries this week though, so that should bolster his value before the inevitable letdown.

Golden Tate WR, Seattle Seahawks: Percy Harvin has made a miraculous recovery and will be back on the field sooner than everyone thought. The Seahawks will ease him in though, as they are winning in his absence, so Tate’s role will diminish incrementally. It’s not that I don’t like Tate, but Seattle has room for only one dominant receiver in their run heavy offense, and Harvin will be that guy.

Joseph Randle RB, Dallas Cowboy:  It seems Randle’s fifteen minutes are up, as DeMarco Murray is prepping to give it a go this week. It doesn’t help that Lance Dunbar is working his way back as well. Add on the TD vulturing of Phillip Tanner, and you have an unenviable situation on your hands.

Julian Edelman WR, New England Patriots: All arrows are pointing down for the highly targeted Edelman. Gronk returned, and now Danny Amendola is practicing again. Edelman looks to be the odd man out with Aaron Dobson and Kenbrell Thompkins manning the wings. He wasn’t that great when he was the go to guy on the offense, so his prospects now are very low. See what you can get for him.

Any St. Louis Rams Receiver:  In the event that you own a Rams receiver, it would behoove you to get them off of your team ASAP in the wake of losing QB Sam Bradford. If you can get something in return for them, you’re lucky.
