Titans Want in the Peyton Manning Sweepstakes

According to Jim Wyatt, one of our friends and a most reliable source regarding all things Titans, Bud Adams wants to sign Peyton Manning, and be competitive in his pursuit of the recently-waived living legend.
It makes sense, and he knows the division. Bud Adams wants in the Sweepstakes, the question is- whether Peyton will be reciprocal in the interest. Manning is getting to virtually pick and choose suitors at this point.
We do know that he is not particularly interested in going to a big-market team. He does know the division, would have a decent stable of WRs (when Britt is healthy), and the Titans have the cap space and personnel needs to possibly pull off a package deal with Reggie Wayne. He has seen CJ2K’s sickness twice a year with his own two eyes. If Nashville has any good, expensive steakhouses he seems to love to frequent (I can’t think of one off the top of my head, Advantage: Chiefs) then the Titans could shape up to be an intriguing possibility.
