PRO Trashman’s 2018 Week 4 Flex Rankings: RB, WR, TE

Trashman HeaderOften times, there is nothing tougher (or more important) than deciding who your weekly flex-plays are. It can be a mind-numbing experience having to make cross-positional projections.

This season, our RosterWatch PRO community will have personal and exclusive access to our very own disgusting Trashman, who has carefully curated his personal weekly flex rankings in order to help you in gaining input about your roster decisions.

PLEASE Keep in mind, these are not our official RosterWatch Week 4 rankings, but we’ve learned over time to pay extra-special attention to what the Trashman might have up his filthy sleeve – and where he stacks up players against one another for the coming weekend’s slate cross-positionally.

Our OFFICIAL rankings page here on the site will continue to be updated through the day Saturday and Sunday morning as more information comes in and we become more comfortable with player slotting. In the meantime, have a look at how the Trashman sees the Week 4 slate shaking out – as his inputs to our formula are a key (albeit disgusting) component.

      I got Fuller/Burton for Kupp/Jimmy Graham … Of course the trade was accepted prior to last night’s game. Feeling like I could have gotten a stud RB for him after last night’s showing. Still happy with the trade though so long as fuller stays healthy and keeps up this pace. I would have Tyreek, Davante Adams, and Fuller as my WR/Flex.

        I live in MN and I confidently pick Collins. Dalvin has been and is overrated. The best ability is availability. He won’t receive the work load of Alex Collins and even if the touches are similar I think you want Collins for a Sunday night coming out party.

    General question about this week’s ranking of the following TEs: McDonald, Watson, and Goedert… I’m streaming TEs after dropping Howard after week 1 for ASJ per the WWCS, but I’m confused because McDonald was ranked above all on the WWCS but Watson and Goedert are ranked above him in the rankings? I picked up McDonald but the other two are still available and since they’re back to back to back so I’m guessing they’re projected to score similarly? Thing is I’m 1-2 and need to win this week so should I be dropping McDonald for Watson since I need the most points possible this week and want to squeeze out every point possible!? Matchup tool also favors Watson which I say as well … Probably over analyzing this but I hate being under .500 and need to get a WIN this week.

    Hey guys-

    I’ve got a rb2 and flex question.

    I’ve got s. Michel, c. Carson, ar. Jones, to choose from for rb2. (Gordon III is my rb1)

    Have Hilton and Tate and c. Ridley on bench with OBJ and M. Evans starting.

    Right now I’ve got Carson in the rb2 slot and s. Michel in the flex.

    Michel hasn’t proven much, and Jones is still splitting time. should I roll with a wr in my flex?

    Thank RW nation! Just pulled off a key trade to pick up Keenan. Allen where I gave up Emmanuel Sanders and Austin Eckler after listening to this brilliant broadcast. Trying to get Howard with Cooper Kupp but it doesn’t look like it’s possible again guys great job and thank you RW nation!

    I would love to get an RB1 or high and RB2 now that Cooper Kupp just went off. Any suggestions on the level I should expect with this sale high opportunity?

    Is it time to give up on Barber or can the scheme change when/if Winston starts playing? Alf Morris is available on waiver wire. Not a lot of other RBs on the wire.

    Do I keep RB depth and clear out one of the WR? if so which one?

      I would absolutely try to play BOTH of these guys lmao. But if you have Hyde on your bench then the answer is absolutely yes. Play Hyde until DJ shows us some of that 2016 Stud in him. Honestly with this whole Lev Bell thing going on. He is probably thinking “Why am I going to beat myself up when we will never make it in the playoffs anyway” Just my random 2 cents for the day. I wouldn’t call you crazy to play Hyde over DJ though. I do feel like the Cards will figure out a way to get him more involved though even if it means him becoming TD dependent.

      If I had to choose it’d be Dion and Aaron… If the Eagles are favored a lot than clement might see the ball more, but Ajayi is a workhorse for them. Any close games and Clement is pretty much a non factor. I like Royce moving forward though. He will see goal line work. Lindsay also showing his temper last week doesn’t help him.

      Cobb deserves serious consideration in the flex. Use the tools to pick the best 2/3 of those guys (Callaway, Ridley, Cobb)

    Its Miller time! 3-3. In a 16 team dynasty with unlimited keepers, but every keeper goes up 3 dollars every year with a 100 dollar budget. Should I still be holding on to Anthony Miller and cortland sutton. They are 6 dollars each this year.

      I’m 0-3 as well in one league and will be starting Callaway. I like the 10 targets Callaway got but couldn’t connect due to Tyrod throwing. Should be better with Baker.

      I’d wait and see how the early games play out this Sunday before dropping any of those players for ANY possible TE in FA. I guarantee you there’s not a single TE in your FA pool that’s more valuable than any of those players.. Only if your matchup is super tight, and is going to be decided by a few points, then make the move. But if you’re winning or losing by a lot, adding a FA TE isn’t going to make a difference, so then what’s the point? Just take a wait and see approach is what I would personally do. But to answer your question, first one to go is Marvin Jones. Good luck!
