These are my final rankings for the 2019 Running Back and Wide Receiver Classes.

I graded 24 (RB) and 20 (WR) categories weighted on a 150-point scale including criterion such as speed, balance, body control, hands, blocking in addition to position specific abilities like separation and route running for receivers and lateral agility and short area burst for running backs. One cumulative category for each position included NFL readiness, Senior Bowl performance, Combine performance and competition level in college.
