Trashman’s Garbage Grab: Week 11

Trashman’s Garbage Grab: Week 11

RosterWatch.com

A treasure trove of waiver wire warriors awaits you in Week 11. Hopefully you don’t need them, but they’re here if you do…

Quarterback

  • Colin Kaepernick, 49ers: Kaepo has scored 20+ fantasy points in his last 2 contests, the last of which was against a formidable opponent in the Cardinals. The Patriots are another tough opponent, but Kaepo should be able to get his on the ground and in the air.

Runningback

  • Dwayne Washington, Lions: Washington got 10 carries last week, his most all season. He didn’t score, which is what he needs to be really effective, but he has a much better chance to hit paydirt against a reeling Jacksonville team.
  • Kenneth Dixon, Ravens: Dixon’s role has increased over the last 2 weeks, and he’s the preferred passing down back in B-more. It’s hard to run right at the Cowboys, so the Ravens may have to go through the air to keep up with their scoring.
  • Mike Gillislee, Bills: Even with Shady back as the bellcow, Gillislee is still a good bet to score – which he’s done in 4 of his last 5 games.

Wide Receiver

  • Tyreek Hill, Chiefs: Hill is the only Chiefs receiver who’s playing like he wants the ball lately, and that consideration includes a returning Maclin. Tampa Bay is among the worst in the league in covering the pass, so Hill shouldn’t have a problem getting open.
  • Robert Woods, Bills: Woods is coming off a season best game(10 receptions, 136 yards) before his bye in Week 10. The prime receiving target in a burgeoning offense led by an ever improving Taylor, Woods makes for a solid play against Cincinnati this week.
  • Eli Rogers, Steelers: Markus Wheaton was just sent to I.R., and Sammie Coates is dealing with two broken fingers, leaving Rogers as a good bet to get considerable targets against a Browns secondary that is pitiful outside of Joe Haden, who will likely pay most of his attention to Antonio Brown.
  • Tyler Lockett, Seahawks: Lockett is finally starting to get his legs back, and though he may not be 100%, he’s got enough speed to break through the seams in a tight Philly defense. He’s coming off his best game of the season and looking to build.

Tight End

  • Jack Doyle, Colts: the preferred tight end in a hi-octane offense, Doyle will be implemented heavily in what should be a high scoring game.
  • Ladarius Green, Steelers: Green is finally healthy and able to be the offensive weapon he was hired to be in Pittsburgh. He was limited in his first game back, last week against the Cowboys, but he should be a full go versus Cleveland. The Browns have covered tight ends well the last couple of games, but on the season no other team has allowed more fantasy points to them.

What is this flith?? brb gotta go plug Hill and Dixon in my lineups.. Thanks, Trashman!

    1. do it at your own risk!!!

  3. I’m torn between Moncrief and Prosise for my flex spot. I am playing Baldwin, and coin toss for TE of Graham or Eifert (leaning Eifert right now) so not sure i want so many Seattle players in play (but that defies logic, I know).

Dropped Gio for Prosise just before the Seattle game last week, and now considering dropping Prosise and picking up Rawls right before their game for ROS play. I picked up D Hopkins this week since Bryant is on a bye week, but might be able to drop Hopkins and grab Rawls if I’m leading by the Seattle game.

Should I flex Moncrief over Prosise this week?

Drop Prosise today for Rawls or even Gio (but his schedule is tough for ROS) today before their games start?

Thanks in advance for your sage advice!

    1. Feel a little safer with Moncrief today, but it’s close!

  4. Tyrell Williams or Perkins/ standard scoring ROS

  5. Can you rank these 4 ros for me in ppr

    Rawls
    Martin
    Booker
    Hyde

    Thank you

    1. Rawls, Hyde, Martin, Booker

    Guys, I need a favor
Where can I get an updated match up tool for the remainder of the season.
I am looking at targeting players with favorable playoff match ups and what have you.

Can you hook a brother up ?

  7. Fairly deep .5 PPR keeper league. Can only keep 2 players, keepers move up 2 rounds from where they were originally picked, and players drafted in the first 3 rounds can not be kept. So my question is should I keep Prosise on my roster because he would count as a 9th round keeper? There isn’t much on the waiver wire after Boyd and Smallwood.

    1. i’d hold onto him. Boyd should be a nice play wil Green is out though.
