Trashman’s Garbage Grab: Week 15

You shouldn’t have to use them, but they’ll be here just in case. Here’s the grab…

 

Running Back

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Chiefs – 35% rostered

CEH out snapped Jerick McKinnon 32 -30 and out carried him 11 to 4 last week. They tend to use both backs on the goal line. Using either one over the other mainly depends on the format, with CEH being more useful in standard and .5 PPR leagues and McKinnon being more useful perhaps in 1 PPR leagues. 

 

Wide Receivers

Demarcus Robinson, Rams- 7% rostered

Robinson garnered 10 targets for a 3/46/1 line in WK14, with Tutu Atwell leaving the game with a concussion. Atwell could still conceivably clear this week, but it’s unlikely, leaving perhaps another double-digit target share for the renewed Robinson.

 

Zay Jones, Jaguars- 17% rostered

His 5-29 line wasn’t impressive in WK14, but Jones 14 targets certainly were. With Christian Kirk out, Jones is going to get looks. Hopefully he can do more with them this week. 

 

Demario Douglas – 20% rostered

New England’s no.1 WR is back in action after missing the last 2 weeks with a concussion. Douglas gets a tough draw versus the Chiefs, but he’ll get plenty of targets on a team that’s sorely in need of playmakers right now. 

 

Tight End

Chig Okonkwo, Titans- 16% rostered 

Okonwko has had at least 5 targets in his last 3 games, and this week will provide his best matchup in weeks, with the Texans. His upside isn’t astronomical, but Chig should provide enough action to keep your TE spot above water if you need him.. 

 

Quarterback

Joe Flacco, Browns – 24% rostered

Flacco has been elevated to the Browns starting QB job after two commendable fantasy performances these last couple of weeks. With weapons to spare and a soft matchup in the Bears, you could do worse than Flacco in a pinch this week.
